I'm facing a difficult decision regarding my 21-year marriage and my wife's desire for a divorce.

After raising four children together, my wife has expressed her desire to end our marriage. While our marriage has been generally good over the years, we've recently experienced a gradual shift in our relationship. I don't believe there's another person involved, but she's developed a new social circle that seems to have influenced her decision.

I'm heartbroken at the prospect of losing my family and our shared home. I'm particularly concerned about the impact on our youngest child, who is only four years old. While I understand her decision, I'm hesitant to walk away and let her make my life a living hell.

On the other hand, I'm not interested in pursuing any other relationships at this time. I'm 48 years old and feel a strong sense of obligation to my children and our family life.

I'm torn between staying in a loveless marriage and walking away from the family I've built over the years.

I'm seeking advice from anyone who has faced similar challenges. What should I do? Should I stay and endure the unhappiness, or should I prioritize my own well-being and seek a divorce? Any guidance or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. I have choose this group for a reason to speak to people on the other side of this situation.
