I'm curious how you managed dating while in the process of divorcing.

Some background. I filed for divorce in early March 2020. As of mid-May, my STBX is living in an apartment (she signed a 1-year lease that I am the guarantor on) and I live in the marital home. A couple of weeks ago we signed an interim support agreement where I am paying her a monthly support ($9500) plus some other stuff like the car and healthcare. I have 100% physical custody of our kid, but we have a handshake agreement that we'll try and split things 50/50 or as our kid prefers if possible. This is a 90-day agreement and then there will be another adjustment until things are finally settled (have to deal with the house and a business that I co-own).

One other piece of background is that we separated about 13 months ago. She was found passed out drunk sleeping with some guy at our house (by my kid no less) while I was on a business trip. She left the house then (I insisted) and eventually went into rehab and got sober. There was a police report and investigation and she was at fault. She did move in briefly during Covid but moved out after she got physical (was charged with assault and battery and has a fall court date). In December I started dating a woman which was before I filed for divorce but many months after separation. My STBX still thinks I cheated on her somehow which is crazy but that doesn't change how she feels.

So now even though we signed an agreement where I have exclusive access to the marital home (and obviously her to her apartment) my STBX is daily harassing me about not having my gf over to my house. And so far I haven't (ever). I know I should be like "whatever" to her threats, but I'm curious what you think. She does have a video of me that she's threatening to send to friends/work colleagues. It's a mess. Lawyers are obviously working on it, but they don't really have a POV on the dating stuff. I'm curious what you all think.
