How many of you guys have beaten a silver bullet divorce case and walked out with custody of your kids? My wife said in her affidavit during a argument I threw a foam roller at the wall(which is true) but she’s also claiming while trying to leave the house with a kid in each arm (5 week old/2 year old).

I somehow grabbed her by the wrist and moved her out of the way. Anyways I’m on “supervised” visitation right now and her lawyer putin an email they’re willing to drop the kids from the protective order when a pendete lite is put place on Sept 1 and only extend the protective order for my wife until Dec 17. Obviously we agreed to these terms given that Judges in domestic relation courts operate based on a preponderance of evidence (51% true)

I’m a school teacher, football coach, zero criminal history, 27 years old, and was an active father of 2 before this.

Am I cooked or is there hope to walk out 50/50?
