No, absolutely not necessary. There are healthy resources out there that help with socialization and building relationship skills, confidence/self-esteem, social anxiety. Lots of legitimate and certified psychologists have books on these topics. Your primary care doctor can tell you that eating right and physical activity is important to your overall physical and mental health.

Street smarts come from life experience and understanding what other people are motivated by - which comes from knowing lots of different people on many different walks of life. A teen reading RP online who doesn’t leave his room and interact with different people won’t magically develop street smarts. You won’t understand prison/gang street rules by reading online gurus blog. You won’t learn how to fight just by listening to the interviews of fighters. And people caught in those lives will be the first to tell you to stay away from that lifestyle.

The issue is a lot of people are too lazy or naive about how to find helpful sources. In todays age of the internet, RP videos/talking points are easy to find with a quick google search of “how to get better at dating”. Why read a 300 page book by a drab doctor when you and pay for social anxiety specialized therapist when there are free videos on YouTube from some buff gym bro who looks like he knows what he’s taking about? It’s sad because most teens are going to pick the fun YouTube videos over the heavily researched, dense non-fiction literature. And I don’t blame them! With all that homework and other shit to deal with, not many people want to add more to that work load.

I think a form of Red Pilling is necessary, but it's not THIS version that's needed. They need info from actual professionals about abuse, toxicity, etc. Not from anons on the internet that don't give a shit about them, the crimes they commit because of them, etc. The Matrix movies actually talk about the more worthy version of Red Pilling that's less traumatizing, more helpful, and more realistically educational.

A lot of the most basic dating advice floating around the world is fairly surface and can be quite unhelpful (or as you say "fairy take").

There is definitely space for more specific and detailed advice for young people, especially men, who have found themselves in a position where they don't have a good grasp on how to form relationships.

There are better sources of advice than the redpill though.

There definitely needs to be dating advice for guys. But it shouldn't be called redpill, because we don't want any guys to ever think that the toxic redpill stuff is correct.

I wish someone would create a better, more popular alternative. Some people really like Mark Manson's blog and books, but I haven't read his stuff. And most of it costs money.

To be fair, I think Red Pill can work in a situation of ONS or short term fuck buddy thing. It is easy to fake personality for a few hours or days. Though ironically, Red Piller often think that it is women who like to bait-and-switch. Not realizing that they are the biggest bait and switchers and shit testers.

Now when they got into relationship, this is where it becomes a problem. You often read about "showed her my blue pilled side, she left". Well dude, it is not her fault if you bait her by telling her that you are gold and then switched into your real self aka shit. Isn't it logical to throw it away, as soon as you realized that your pile of gold was shit in disguise?

So it is a yes and a no. Since you mentioned relationships, dating and marriage...the answer is no, no and lol fucking no. Can't covered up shit with gold paint for so long. Even professional actors do not act 24/7.

Sure there is a dark side to dating but red pill greatly exaggerates that. Most red pillers are getting their dating information from their little internet bubble rather than the actual streets.

Ok, but what about the other way around, when has to deal with women like Hakimi's wife? When the woman itself has some sort of deep hideen malice and manages to actually make you think that she is an angel?

Did you know Hakimi is facing rape charges? Whether or not he is convicted you aren't an expert in what is going on with him, his wife, and his marriage.

Skipping the whole metaphor, How would you help this people?

By focusing on the basics like mental health, physical health, grooming, social skills, and the basics of how to date. No need to get wrapped up in hating women. Redpill misinformation is more likely to lead to guys getting blackpilled because it doesn't work.

Yes, those are the ones I am referring. Helpless dudes who simply are too naive.

Those people typically have mental health and social issues. They need to address those first before even thinking about dating.

The thing is that some men need shocking content in order to change their lifes for the better and redpill most of the times offers that.

I've heard these redpill creators say over and over again that the vast majority of their viewers aren't applying their advice and are just theory junkies. There is a science to making and breaking habits and addressing mental health issues behind dating issues that most of this shock content ignores.
