The zoo you're talking about is actually a really good place to go for a 10th or so date. They had wine and paint night with the animals one year that I went - it was such a good activity.

Don't go during the weekend mornings or afternoons, but the activities for later on at night and the galas are amazing. (Also pricier).

I don't mind going for a hike or go visit some place and walk but you better also sit down and have a meal with me or something like that. Just mindlessly hanging out is not a date. Better than the "Netflix and chill" or "drinks at 10/11pm in a bar conveniently near my home" douchebags but still not enough.

Yeah he sucks. You gave him like 5-10 chances. No chances. Chances are how you will get involved with a LVM. You wouldn’t have to give a HVM chances like this. Please think about why you kept engaging after he used the word “hangout”. Was it because you thought if you acted HV he would show up for you as HV? His request was below you as you know. He showed you he was LV and you kept engaging with him. Why? You can’t change LVM. The really awful LVM can pretend to be HVM if you show your cards like this and give them chances.. be careful and don’t engage after the very first red flag.
