Yeah kinda. He literally has no idea who you are, how can he call you “kind” and “funny”? “Absolutely perfect”? You’re not perfect, nobody is. It’s pretty cringe and desperate. He thinks this sort of interaction bonds you to him before you’ve ever met and he can push further in person since he thinks he knows you so well already. “Come on! Why don’t you come over? We have so much in common!” Maybe I’m speculating, but that sort of thing is an instant turnoff for me.

I feel like he might be one of those guys who gets attached too quickly. I’ve had s paragraph like that from two people on a dating app who I proceeded to date, and they both became ANGERY when I told them I no longer wanted to date them

How many messages in is this over complimentary paragraph? Also this sounds like this could be copy pasted by changing the name of the woman. I'm sure you are all of these nice things but why have a meta convo?

A good conversation is where topics develop organically and there's no/Little break in flow. No need to say that you're good or whatever, it is implied with banter.

I’m glad you blocked him. It’s way too much, way too soon. Also it’s you’re. The only men I give a pass to on grammar issues are men who are extremely smart in a science/engineering field, like doctors, software developers, other types of engineers, etc. Everyone else gets no pass, it’s an immediate turn off.
