Idk, rich women get trauma bonded too. They‘re also humiliated in front of a very large audience (more trauma) and sticking around might appear to them as a shield from further criticism. Which is ofc not true, but feels very logical when you go through the mental hoops of staying alive when traumatized.

We also have to consider that rich dudes have expensive lawyers and ironclad pre-marital contracts they can screw their wives & kids with if they leave. Not to mention if the rich dude is a beloved celebrity (making the wives less likely to be believed if they come forward with abuse allegations). And the fact that their man will likely get away with it if he murders her (see: Nicole Brown-Simpson)
That said, I'm torn on a lot of these women personally. Its hard to feel bad for women like Kobe Bryant's wife (who sobbed at his funeral and kept her daughters in the house with him after he raped a teenager); even though I acknowledge that its likely she was kept in line via abuse and threats

Nope. I am an attorney who has worked with celebs and pre-nups are extremely difficult to enforce, especially with celebs where 1 partner makes 99.9% of income. The power imbalance alone can result in pre-nups being tossed. They are usually enforced if 1. both parties are wealthy prior to the wedding and 2. the pre-nup is very fair aka the low/no earning spouse gets a very generous X dollars for each year of marriage.
Also, it's illegal to contract child support in pre-nup or ANY agreement. The dad will and must pay CS determined by law, not a pre-nup.
Murder is a concern for ANY woman leaving a bad relationship, does that mean everyone should stay? Rich women have better resources to hire security unlike your average Jane who has to rely on a useless restraining order or get a gun.
I stand by my point that these women are LV and stay for money. No one threatened Vanessa Bryant, she just wanted the money and status of being Kobe's wife despite him being a literal rapist.

Also their famous spouses get so much media attention that it’s almost impossible to hide from the massive triggers. Normal people can block and never see their ex again. They can unfollow on SM and cut off mutual friends. But partners of famous people will find out so quickly about their ex moving on, will be exposed to him trashing about them, etc. I can’t fathom the amounts of trauma it inflicts.

That's a pathetic excuse. If you are trauma bonded, hire a therapist to work through those issues. These women can afford daily therapy and anything else needed.
If these rich women are afraid of "criticism" that's on them for being weak. The average woman faces criticism for breaking up a home, religious/cultural stigma and so on. Yet countless women are brave enough to leave and take their kids out of a shitty situation.
I have ZERO sympathy for women who stay with rapists, especially rich rapists.

This is the thing - broke losers with not a damn thing going for them somehow think it's normal to compare themselves to celebrities. What delusion and a lack of self awareness! They expect to get away with the same poor behaviour but without providing any of the status or benefits of a rich man.
I know someone whose husband cheats on her and she turns a blind eye. She has a great lifestyle because of his money - amazing vacations, a beautiful house, designer wardrobe, eats at the best restaurants, and genuinely likes and gets along with her husband. She considers the cheating the price to pay for all of that. I personally don't get it and wouldn't want to live like that, but she chooses to. I can at least understand why someone might look the other way. Why the fuck would someone put up with cheating from some broke fool with NOTHING to offer?
