Again, it’s because they are all lazy AF. If you’re a single man with no kids (which is what I’m looking for) and you’re trying to date, what the fuck is your excuse for not working out and eating healthy? It’s unacceptable. If a guy doesn’t care enough to stay in shape and put 5 decent photos of himself on his dating profile (the medium we are all now using to hopefully find the person we want to spend a good portion of our lives with), he definitely won’t put any effort into a woman or a relationship, or his life in general.

It also doesn’t help seeing all the profiles meant for threesomes and the dudes that have gross bios that sexualize women. I’ve seen things ranging from “only looking for girls who [insert sexual expectations]” to “my wife doesn’t pleasure me enough, let’s meet in secret insert cropped photos of nothing, but a borderline-naked and faceless guy”.

Nonetheless I don’t think it’s appropriate for her father to step into her love life. He’s got this expectation that she needs to be involved with a man in order to be happy. But, I guess he now he knows why it’s so hard lmao.

They make memes about how all women these days look the same because of makeup trends but go on Tinder and 95% of the guys on it are so generic, ugly, and/or basic. They take the most unflattering pictures, too! I want to give them all makeovers Queer Eye style, the ones who aren’t totally hopeless anyway 😂

I'm older and when I was doing online dating (in the 48-55 age group) it was a friggen LEPER colony out there.

Soooo many ugly, bald guys - out of shape, hair coming out of everywhere BUT their damned heads, faces much older looking than the proclaimed age of 48 or 49 in their profiles, alcoholics a'plenty, man-babies, self esteem issues, OCD fools, insecure ones who constantly shit-tested me, fools looking for a wife-mommy, and the parade of recently divorced 50+ year old idiots who, late in life, had managed to get themselves a young wife/breeder and produced a litter of offspring - 3 or 4 kids all under the age of 5 - and who were now 55 and wondering why NO women were interested in dating them.

You can't make this shit up.

I dowloaded Tinder out of curiosity a few weeks ago and haven't touched it since. If they aren't outright repulsive and nauseating in their profile (I saw one fuck who actually put his name as BDSM), then it's unflattering pictures and men who take 0 effort in taking care of their appearance.

They complain that women have it so much easier on OLD, but that's because they just throw up whatever lame mirror selfies they just took or maybe a picture of them at the bar with their buddies, swipe on every single woman, and get mad when we aren't impressed.

& if they are marginally attractive, their profile is repungent and makes it clear they just want to use you for sex.

OKCupid isn't much better. It just gives most of them more space to write about how dull their personalities are.

Oh my god. This is me the other day. I got on one of the apps for the first time in awhile, had thousands of matches, and spent some time swiping. I was repulsed. Ew, ew, ew. Why are most of them just so...ugly?? The poses they choose and the clothes they wear certainly don’t help, but most are legitimately unattractive.
