Had a date tonight, we agreed 530. He was to pick me up and we would head out (families know each other, so it’s not a rando). I wait patiently and it is almost 630. I’m distracted so I don’t realize that it’s an hour past. He calls at 650 to apologize, had to run an errand for a family member and is on his way (should take 10 minutes tops). 720 rolls by and I tell him don’t bother, he blows my phone up and I ignore.

My question is, how long do you wait if a date is running late? What’s the rule? Was I too harsh?
