WHAT is with all these men who don't have basic hygenie!?!? I have never seen this in my life until I came to reddit. I don't even know men like this in real life. How have men gotten worse since the days of a streetcar named desire. Like they're still abusive, still think men are above women... but now they don't shower, watch shit loads of porn, and don't even financially support you.

I hope this girl doesn't listen to him and think it is normal to wait THREE YEARS for a man to learn to have basic hygenie. I'm ready to head over to this thread like honey where do you live, if it's near me I've got 10+ guy friends I can introduce you to who ALL have good hygenie and use nice cologne, if that's all the bar is set at.

In middle school they used to preach hygiene not for health but bc no one would want to be around you if you stink; you wouldn't have friends, a romantic life or a job if you were smelly.

We need to bring that back by just leaving, no dropping hints, no sticking around and especially not "cOmMuNiCaTiNg".

I had a friend who's like this. He never bathes. He doesn't wash his clothes and he fucking stinks. Everyone would just stand far away from him because he smells like a homeless person. Then he would whine and complain about how he doesn't have a girlfriend. But he would say he wanted a woman who was ok with his stink. Like.... that is no woman. We are no longer friends. Not just because of the stink either, but the only time he'd ever call me is when he wanted me as a free therapist. I finally had it. He's no friend.
