Damn, it never gets less shocking that a guy would admit to all that and then expect the woman to keep seeing him. I don't know, do they think that fucking around while being married will make them seem more desirable to their dates? I don't get it.

I actually went on a date with a guy who boasted about sleeping with 152 women during the date… I felt nauseous & ghosted him after. This man then texted/ called me a few times which I ignored, in the texts he proceeded to call all women bitches, sluts, whores and the only thing they had to offer was their holes. He had no respect for women what so ever. I honestly never wished death upon anyone, but I hope this guy gets hits by a truck.

I read this post once which went something like "you let a man talk for 10 minutes uninterrupted and he'll convince himself that he is in love with you" and i think it marries well with "listen carefully, men always tell on themselves"

Bullet dodged! It sounds like he was proud of his cheating so at least it was easy to spot the red flag.

Back when I was a pickme, a guy revealed to me that he cheated on his ex-wife and then long term girlfriend on the first date. He was nearly in tears about how much regret he had on treating them this way. My 🤡self thought at least he is being honest, and it would be judgmental of me to stop seeing him because of his honesty. He was a serial cheater and I could have protected myself had I listened to him tell on himself.

Thankfully he told on himself quickly. Not sure if you should provide him feedback or not really as telling him what put you off will provide a way to get a second date with an unsuspecting woman.

I had one give me some sob story last year which was similar - ‘she was desperate for me and tried so hard to stay together - I agreed to counselling’. I am not sure who this man thought he was but be was early 40s, had just started some sort of Masters course and was living with students in halls of residence. He dressed like a student also. Poor woman.

He did not even bother messaging me after the date as I think the aura I gave out clearly was one of beinf seriously unimpressed. I told him that people who cheat have psychological issues which need addressed. He was not impressed.

After strings of cheating, lies and breakups (aka he cheated on his consecutive partners), he met this new hot date Mia (link). He did all the things that a good gentleman would do - pulls chair for the lady, picks up the bill, gives her attention, etc., but at the end he started to open up about his past dating history, legitimizing his lies and cheating, getting teary eyes about being broken up off --- all was to get her to sympathize and empathize with his shitty behaviors!!!

Zooming out a bit, his behavior on that date really mimics the behavior of OP's date. If you watch other of his videos, you'll see how he's toxic, a total narc, and obsessed with dating woman half his age.

Well done, you definitely dodged a bullet!!!

I think some men tell you these things early on to see how much bull you’re willing to tolerate, and test how high your personal standards or boundaries are. I remember one time a friend told me she was on a date with a guy who told her he was physically abusive to his ex and she kept seeing him for a little while longer before breaking things off. When she blocked him he turned up at her door and was banging on it, almost breaking it down trying to get to her. It’s really awful she had to experience that, but if she had took note of that massive red flag and left the second he brought up being abusive she could have avoided that situation.

Reminds me of the time s guy took me out and proceeded to tell me about how he stayed with his ex because he felt sorry for her and how she wasn’t attractive, he told me about him constantly cheating on her and justified it by saying “ I believe every man cheats until he finds a woman who makes him happy”…. Who say that shit on a first fucking date (let alone AT ALL). I’m not mad at it though. I appreciated the blatant honesty and audacity. Trash takes itself out.

I like ones without the ability to self-reflect. They tell on themselves and make it so much easier to block and delete.
