I came to the dating subreddits because it is therapeutic for me to give advice. I have had great success in dating, and it is always a treat to help others. After my most recent traumatic experience I assumed I could come back there to keep my mind off of ordeals, but to no avail. The subreddit has been overrun with men belittling women's advice, experience, hardships, and dilemmas. And the sad thing is the subbreddits claim to be all inclusive, but mostly focus on the males and their inability to get pom pom (I am Jamaican) and or a date.

A young lady said "I am harassed, belittled, demeaned, stalked, and coined as a sex object." and the males reply was "At least you are getting attention of any kind." I like FDS but women shouldn't be confounded to it because other spaces are not incel proofed. Women shouldn't be bullied because they receive attention, and should not be disregarded when that attention is negative. This should not be the only space safe for women.... Dating subreddits like those are suppose to be unbias, handle everybody with the same care, and not spew misinformation that demeans one side. Those sub are no longer that.

My advice to most women, and what I had to learn just now. STAY AWAY FROM SUBREDDITS LIKE THAT. These men want you but don't like you. They want you but don't care about you . They want you but don't feel the need to hear or listen to you. It is no longer a safe space for us, and that is sad but we have to be aware. Your advice, your seeking of advice, your viewpoint, and your issues will all be disregarded please do not waste your time. The subs used to be a beautiful place with unbias opinion stemming from both genders. But now it is a cesspool of the worse kind of men, and it is sad.
