High value women do not cheat. If you are polyamorous, talk to your partner about opening the relationship. Cheating just lowers your worth.

Cheating is never okay. If investing in another person emotionally/sexually is more important than the person you're with, end it with the person you're with so they're free to invest in someone who values them. Which is not you.

Cheating isn't high value. It's selfish and shitty. At least have the decency to ask for an open/poly relationship or even just be honest and be like "I want to fuck Brad." Cheating is for cowards who want their cake and to eat it too. They want the fun person on the side, who usually isn't relationship material or doesn't want a relationship with the cheater, while maintaining their safe, steady relationship so they don't look shitty to other people. It's also pretty childish. I get hit on all the time and I'm in my early 20s (aka "prime of my life" or whatever), but whatever benefits would come from that wouldn't be worth losing my relationship. Plus I think I'd be disgusted with myself if I cheated. I think it's incredibly childish, like moving from shiny object to shiny object; have some self-control.

I agree that getting married young is a bad idea though. Either separate/divorce, ask for an open marriage (which is usually just a way to hold off the divorce for a few painful years but I digress), or commit yourself to your relationship.

I wouldn't ever cheat. If the differences are really irreconcilable, then breaking up is a must. It'll be hard, but you'll get to keep your dignity and self respect in tact.

Cheating is wrong no matter if its a woman or a man who does it. Breaking the trust of someone who loves and trusts you is inexcusable. If someone is having enough issues in their relationship where they find themselves wanting someone other than their partner then they need to either try to work through those issues or leave. But hurting someone out of selfishness is wrong. I've always said if someone cheats on you then you deserve better, that applies to everyone.

It's an incredibly shitty thing to do to another person. Honestly I don't really know what more even needs to be said there, if you're not willing to treat another person with basic honesty and decency, why even go into a relationship?

There are people here who have said that you should be always looking to trade up. I don’t know if I agree... but there is maybe something to be said for maintaining your value and letting men learn that you still have options.

It's just business, it's not personal. Listen, I have 12 exes and I have dumped all 12 exes. About 8 of them cheated on me and I've learned enough about men to literally just walk away. Most men who are in relationships would absolutely cheat on their GF/Wife if an opportunity presented itself. Most men wouldn't turn the other woman away, and I'm not going to bury my head in the sand and pretend like men are out here loyal to women. Men are as loyal as their options. So if I'm dating someone and a better man presents himself to me and shows serious intent of dating me seriously, then I'm cheating on my current man with this new guy for a little bit just "to test him out", and then dumping my current SO if it works out to my favor. If it doesn't work out to my favor or if the new guy didn't work his magic like he should have, I'm dumping the side piece/new guy and keeping my SO.

It's just business. A better opportunity presents itself and so I make a calculated risk about whether that new opportunity will maximize benefit to me using the traditional Cost-benefit analysis and experience.
