I thought this would be a good discussion to foster because there’s a lot of disagreements on this between our members.

Some think it’s better to just ghost the guy and not tip him off to the red flag you saw. Therefore, when he meets the next girl it will still be glaringly obvious and she’ll be able to see it and protect herself. Telling men what’s wrong with them might just help them be better manipulators.

Personally, I’m a fan of the brutal one-liner then block. Most of the time when I do this it’s because the person was being outrageous on the date, cat fishing, entitled or overly sexual and I like to bring their ego and gross entitlement back down to reality.

Something like. “You sound like you have a lot of drama still going on in your life and I’m not interested in taking on additional baggage- sorry” BLOCK.

Or

“ Your hairline is much further back than in your pictures. You could have posted an accurate photo and not wasted both of our time.. ” BLOCK.

Or “you like to hear yourself talk and I don’t”. BLOCK.

I ESPECIALLY like to do this if the guy tries to hookup and ask me for sex then I brutally critique his appearance as to why I would never have sex with him and he probably shouldn’t have had the confidence or audacity to even ask.

I think we can all agree that the rejection response should never be more than two sentences, tops.

What do you all think? Ghost the rejects or tell them the truth?
