Gentlemen, do not raise your expectations too much of being self-employed/ a businessowner. You will still eventually be forced into doing business with women- female clients. It's the sad reality of work culture these days- littered with too many women.

I hated working under multiple female bosses in my early career, but since Iv'e started working freelance and joined a family business as a director, I've realized that it's near impossible to avoid dealing with women in the marketplace. Ultimately you will have to deal with their wild PMS breakdowns, mood swings and dementia.

The best that you can do is perhaps not hire any women. At my company we only have men from within our family as owners and directors and I make it a point to engage women for work as little as possible- that gives me some peace of mind, but eventually every once in a while we have to deal with a female client or partner. It seems inevitable.

The best that you can do is save up as much dough as possible and exit the rat race as early as possible. Start your careers by age 20 latest. If you manage to save a million bucks by 35 and move to an Eastern tropical island you'll live the rest of your life as a king.

I've been sharing this quote frequently lately but it just strikes the chord so perfectly. This is from Dr. Ed Dutton about how women change spaces to suit them. Pay special attention to the part where the female will "appear" to be the better candidate.

"The universities used to be about nurturing genius. You'd get these, who is it that is geniuses, who is it that solves these amazing problems, people who have outlier high IQ plus moderately anti-social personality. People like James Watson, those people will tend to do what they do because they are highly intelligent so they can really conceive of these difficult problems. They're moderately low in conscientiousness so that means can sort of think outside the box so they're not bound by rules traditions or conformity. They're moderately low in agreeableness so they either don't care that they offend people or they're kinda autistic or a bit spergy and they couldn't conceive that they would offend people even if they didn't want to. New ideas will always offend so they don't care about that so they come up with brilliant ideas. Now women are the opposite of that. Women are the exact opposite of that, they are the opposite of genius. Well, A because women don't have outlier high IQ; the female IQ is bunched towards the mean. So when they take over university which is happening they will come across as the MUCH better candidate for the job than this kinda autistic wierdo who might if you leave him alone for ten years might come up with something brilliant. Who are you going to employ? Him or this girl who is positive, confident, outgoing... OBVIOUSLY you're going to employ her. So it changes the whole nature of academia. So academia doesn't become about the cut and thrust of debate and harsh disputation to get to the truth, it becomes about cooperating and being kind and creating a bureaucracy where you make incremental steps and publish every so often and this is A anathema to genius types and B very difficult for genius, because they are a bit autistic and will offend people so they get pushed out of uni. and this is happening. " because of women in university they have changed the WHOLE CULTURE of university to make it where TRUTH is plays second fiddle to Cooperating and everyone feeling good and happy and getting along. whereas truth is amoral of course and doesn't care..."

I've had two woman bosses and neither was worth a damn. One said publicly she didn't have to know what her people did as long as they knew. The other one could go to a meeting with nothing but men and she was the only one after the meeting that didn't understand what went on. They were worthless and proved affirmative action is nothing but a program that admits certain groups can't compete without special consideration and assistance.

The HR lady at my last company was an open lesbian bulldyke with a nose/cattle ring. She went to a school that gave pass/fails instead of actual grades. She was overweight and very unkept, and this is supposed to be an example of what? She wasn't a bad person one on one, she just wasn't really right for that role. If you're going to be in a position of power at least show me you have the self control to exercise and not become a tub of lard.

I actually am self-employed as an artist. It's a struggle financially, but you can't buy not having a boss, much less a female one. Had that before, and she was the owner's little spoiled princess to boot, so every time she'd ask you to do something it'd be in that cutesy, upturned valley girl voice. Apparently she dropped out of getting her psychology degree because it was easier to live for free in one of daddy's properties and manage his pocket greenhouse empire.

Also self-taught, as much as anyone can be. Raised by a narcissistic single mother (for whom I was just a shadowy reminder of my father, you can imagine what that was like) so school was out of the question. Used to work in one in my young days in a council office. Worked in a small department consisting of 2 women and 1 other male beside myself scanning old documents. Nothing was remarkable other than why I was dismissed after a few weeks. It was led by a middle aged female. The 2 women could hold some small talk with each other, when i tried to spark a conversation, I "was accused of being distracting" (as it said in my dismissal report). I even told them it's a job so easy that I can talk and scan all day.

Except the male, they never wanted to hold a conversation with me. When I tried to joke with 1 of them by "hitting" one single sheet of paper on their head - this later got filed on my dismissal report.

The last straw to them was when read my workmate's Men's Health which I looked at an article about sex featuring little drawings sex positions, I was terminated without a written warning after that. Ironically, one of them had a picture of that topless Diet Coke commercial guy stuck by their workspace.

The next day, I got told on the phone I wasn't wanted anymore. I wanted an explanation and the mangina (who helped to get me the work and told me on the phone I was fired) wouldn't allow me to explain whats going on, listened to my viewpoint and referring me back to the "careers advisor" (another female). When I got called back by her, it was like my own fault.

Looking back, the atmosphere was totally dead there.

HR Manager is a powerful role, and it's almost always a woman. And, being women, they focus on their in-group preference: other women. That's just how they are, see also: MP's.

These days I struggle to deal with womens clients. They are almost always obnoxious, entitled brats. You kind of have to 'charm' them, but I hate doing that. I don't work in sales, or client schmoozing, I really shouldn't have to bother. My job should require polite and competent, but no more. For some womens, work is just an extension of their social life, and they don't take it all that seriously (but still want to be promoted). I don't want to socialise, nor be promoted. Leave me alone.

I work in my company for 12 years. When there was a male manager of development department we introduced and finished 8 projects. The manager retired and female manager took his place. It's 3 years now, 4 projects started, 3 abandoned and 4th is about to be stopped :/

Having a good job is nice. Having to work for 40+ years 5 day/week isn't fun, even when you have a good job. Millennial women find out slowly. I know so many women who work part-time. In Europe that's way more common. And probably the only way to keep working fun. 3-day weekend sounds like music to my ears as well.And most women here have that luxury while their husbands are the breadwinner

This speaks to me. I used to work in the veterinary field where it was a majority of women. It ended up being too much. I got some fulfillment from that career but it wasn't satisfying due to the low pay and the bitchy, ovulating, back-stabbing and cruel female workforce. They all would try and treat you like their husband. When you would have a voice or speak a concern, they shut you down with their own and try and get your into heaps of trouble. "Oh, she's a woman, so you just have to accept it." Naaaah! Fuck that shit!

I learned a lot in that field. I am glad I did it. But I wouldn't attempt it again with the gynocentric workforce that dominates it.

I hate having to interview with these insufferable arrogant type of women , who feel they are Superior because how much money they make , but the only reason they are managers is because of affirmative action not because they are so great at their job or intelligent.
