If any sub should be quarantined and removed it should be any relationship related sub because it is completely impossible to give advice to someone unless you hear both sides of the story and you're able to at least partially deduce who is being more truthful. A woman I broke up with said the same thing to her girlfriends: that she didn't understand why I broke up with her. Little did her friends know that as things got more serious she was completely unwilling to compromise on her family and mine (split time seeing them), was cold and manipulative, and never direct. She was also a lousy companion after I graduated from law school and was looking for a job. I ended up doing the work in the relationship, and other than sex, she was distant.

TL;DR. It's possible he brought up issues with her many times, and she hamstered it out of memory.
