Whatever podcast should not be baseline we take seriously. It reminds me of the Jerry Springer show, it’s fun to watch and see them get put on the spot, but at the end of the day, they are paid to be there and the more ridiculous they are, the more attention they get.

We should not be using this show as a conduit into reality.

I will never, ever use the Whatever Podcast as a reference level for society. It's a big stupid performance that makes money through brain-rotting ragebait and marketing for Miami girls who want to be influencers/models/OnlyFans creators. There is absolutely no reason for that podcast to inform your opinions on anything whatsoever.

Look, I’m definitely not here. trolling, I subscribe to a lot of these men’s rights advocacy groups because I’ve had it worse than most men, also I’m a man, but I’ll stand right here and say that I’m an egalitarian. I just absolutely cannot support modern feminism, which does not care about equality it just cares about besting men on every front. That I do not support but if somebody asked me sincerely if I was a feminist, it really depends on who’s asking to determine my answer. If a levelheaded gentleman from this thread was sitting next to me on a bus and asked me I would shrug and say yeah of course I am. If some androgynous barista who hates men asked me if I was a feminist, I would say absolutely fucking not.

If we run with those numbers, then a bigger problem is that the 81 women who said no, are ambivalent and/or apathetic about men's issues.

Well, I, for one, now refuse to even grudgingly call myself a feminist on technical grounds.

Feminism is, hands down, the worst thing to happen to both men and women in the history of humanity. Not one thing it promised or lied to achieve has proven beneficial in any way on balance.

Women are more miserable than they've ever been in recorded history. Families are dwindling. The birth rate has tanked to well below replacement. Single parent households are destroying the Western world. Women now work more than they ever could have possibly wanted to and men have to do the same because of the economics. We've adopted female thinking as the standard despite its inutility in practice. Most of all, the social contract was simple: you marry me and keep your legs together otherwise and I'll give you everything I possibly can. Feminism convinced women that the one thing they had as leverage in the world was a raw deal. The deal that provided them with everything they'd need to survive was rejected thanks to feminism.

It's a plague and, for the sake of humanity, we should all be doing everything in our power to eradicate it.

Over the past 50 years? No homie the internet fcuked things up. Once human interaction became transactional thats where we really hit a problem. Feminism was as legit as ancient heros of old. It really happened and it took a lot of courage but look at us now, every MF and his selfie camrea thinks hes a hero, gods gift to exercise of philosophy. The internet is morphing the world into a single unified culture and we are in the melting pot waiting to see what the worlds population is going to decide is the new information era culture. Thats the real problem

It’s good to see other women waking up, at long last

The problem is that women are naturally grifters and tend to go with consensus (biologically speaking we like to be protected by the group/pack)

I’d be lying if I said I haven’t been tempted to return to my highschool/university feminist mindsets for the sake of safety, so I hope that it lasts and we don’t see women fall for some sort of neo-feminism in the future to come

50+ years? Feminism didn't take a turn until the 80s. And the real bad turn was in the late 00s-early 10s
