BBC simply don't recognize men. Like men doesn't exist. It is not just the war, any issue. There are 3 times more man killed in UK than women, yet they write about genderocide against women. They go to Ukraine and find the only female soldier to make an interview with. It is worse than a women's magazine. Man only make it to the front page if they wear high heals and a wig.

This isn't directly related to this post, but I'm so tired of the news media using Women and Children fleeing the Ukraine as there lead. While my heart goes out to all the victims of this war. I would like to hear them express concern over the Men who've been left behind to fight. How many of them have been killed, I haven't heard much about them. The horror & outrage has been placed on deaths of Women/children. Obviously, it's sad that they've been killed. I think it's disgusting though that the deaths of Men aren't considered just as sad/horrible. The loss of any human life should be considered just as tragic. I wonder how many feminist would be okay with being drafted. They're always quiet when it comes to equality that they don't benefit from. I'm a Woman/Mother, but my life isn't more valuable than any other human life. Just my opinion. Hopefully some of you will understand my rambling.

For people in the media business, men's gender issues are only generic issues. You know, war, educational underachievement, homeless population, etc.

In contrast, women's gender issues are treated as something special. And although I believe some of them are fair, for example, civil rape. Some others are just ridiculous myths like the wage gap, glass ceiling, and rape culture.

The sad part of this, apart from all the gender problems men face that we in this sub know, the are REAL women´s gender issues that aren't been discussed, not even by the own feminists who always claim they want to help them.

For example, did you know there have been an increase in drug use by women?

Why feminists are not talking about this? My theory is because they don't have any imaginary enemy (A.K.A the patriarchy) to blame...yet.

Isn't this because the Ukrainian government is conscripting all men? It's the same if the US enacted the draft and men tried to leave the country. I haven't been following closely but that is my understanding.
