Does the relationship between high n-count women and the female aversion to bisexual men suggest a type of discrimination against male sexual partners in general?

So recently I've been seeing some epistemological arguments centered around n-count. Specifically, how would a man who is concerned about n-count know if a woman has a high n-count or not when she could just lie?

Yesterday I saw a post asking why this argument got so much attention. The line of reasoning was essentially that yes, women lie, but men are aware that women lie, make efforts to sus out those lies, and bail at the first sign of bullshit, and that lying about such things undermines the sense of security that these women want anyway.

Today I am hoping to add to that argument by suggesting that for many women, male bisexuality, particularly men who adopt submissive roles with other men; is a turn off to many women in the same way that high n-counts are a turn off to many men. You could even say that most men have a higher tolerance for past sexual partners with penises than most women and honestly, I'm not sure if most guys would mind an n-count of 100 if all 100 of those were with other women. So there definitely seems to be just a straight up aversion to people who enjoy penis regardless of gender.

My questions are 3 fold;

If it is fair for a woman to lie about her sexual past in terms of n-count, is it fair for a man to lie about his sexual past in terms of sexuality?

Couldn't any method used to determine a woman's n-count also be used to determine a man's sexuality?

And finally; is the fact that a man's penis seems to devalue it's recipient a form of discrimination and/or hate against men being perpetrated by both genders and hardwired into our biology?
