Maintain frame - I am not a doormat. I will stick to my guns. I used to be a chameleon and mould myself to whatever a woman said, in regard to what she liked, didn't like, etc. Now I just stay as me. Women disagrees, so what.

Men lead/Be more dominant - Yeah I have started taking the iniative a hell of a lot more. Instead of expecting the women to take the lead. It works, women seem to enjoy being with me more.

Eating right and eating healthily - Yeah my BMI is a lot better.

Dressing your best - Yeah I wear stuff that actually fits properly and colour matches.

Getting a mission - Yeah ironically I find women a lot more interested now I care more about other stuff.

Hypergamy - Yeah women want the best they can get. So I make sure I go places where that is possible. For instance I am not going to go to a bar in London where Power-Women types hang out or Lawyer Women, there is nothing about me that would tickle their hypergamous delights. As a man, I date down. That way I can satisfy Hypergamy.

Pre-Selection - Yeah, even if I am friendzoned, I can now have female friends and use pre-selection.

Shit Tests - Don't take this stuff serious;y, she is just testing. If a woman says she gives great Blow Jobs, being super keen will make you look desperate, being awkawrd will make you look like a virgin, and sure as hell don't make em feel like a slut, just look em in the eyes and say "Respect"

It also got me into watching a lot of youtube videos on body language.

The main key point I took from Game was attraction, in game terms, I used to just go staright into comfort, hence a lot of friendzoning, I never bothered to build attraction.

Also flirting and stuff - Push/Pull, jelousy etc. It improved my flirting. Maybe I was socially retarded hence i didn't understand it before. Now I can do it at ease.

Also AWALT. It dosn't matter how special a woman is, ifyou believe she is some sort of Unicorn. If you let yourself go and stop being who she was attracted to, she will ditch your sorry ass. AWALT (basically, don't become a slob, don't stop being outgoing, etc, the game never ends). This stuff is a lifestyle (at worst it caused dread which will increase attraction) not a one month thing to quicly find a woman, then go back to the useless waste you were.

Absolutely! I found the single most important thing for a lifetime recluse is to establish a healthy, everyday rhythm. Having a purpose-driven existence is paramount to happiness as a solitary person.

What goes unmentioned in these scenarios? The lack of a healthy rhythm, of intellectual pursuit, of writing letters, of limited, systematic enjoyment of TV without becoming a zombie to it, of any mention of a daily routine.

I remember an article posted elsewhere that caused quite a stir, describing the middle-aged virgin seeking help from a "sex therapist." It painted an unhealthy pattern of the man's life: excessive drinking, smoking, possible overeating and no mention of exercise. This from a man with freedom. He apparently chased the chimera of a "sex therapist" - to the tune of possibly $10,000 or more - but no further "progress" was mentioned. One can't help but think he'd been better off with a more beneficial personal regimen, one that did not cost all that money for a glorified harlot.

Is it hard? Particularly after half a lifetime of purposeless drifting? Yes. As an ugly, short, pudgy, poor, balding, awkward 50+yo tribeless virgin with a microphallis, I can tell you no unrelated female has ever spoken to me, much less touched me, unless it was in her job description.

Many won't be able to do it because they do not have the self-discipline to go on to achieve something tangible in real life and would rather spend hours here on reddit pointing fingers at others (usually women, in this group) for the emptiness in their lives.

When I was in high school and college I couldn't get anything. At first I thought it was inate like incels/blackpill do until I tried applying meta to dating like I would video games and made some changes that fixed the problem. What I found was called game and not redpill and also was detached from the manosphere/conservatism

Maintaining a good appearance when interacting with women or interacting with men that I could possibly meet women through
Playing/flirting with women in a way that's fun and inviting for them
Sword in the stone or basically not being pushy
Being assertive and respectful at the same time instead of being either a simp or a jerk
For OLD it was more using the apps consistently
Being supportive and interesting in social circles

I am still in the process of improving my career, but I improved my body a lot and it shows. Now to be fair, I have the type of body which it doesn't show anything under clothes cause I am that skinny. But i am pretty ripped and it looks pretty good. I get attention only when I am without my shirt but that is very very rare. I went to cams where I showed my body to girls and almost all of them liked what they saw. SO yeah, imprivng your body at the gym does work.

It's all just information you can use to form a conclusion on your own.

I think the base concepts of "protect yourself, improve yourself" are fairly easy to transpose into whatever theory you think works best for you.

Does it work? Yeah, if you have the aptitude and don't go full anger/shutdown/depression mode. Should you listen to the advice and follow it without question? Probably not, you need to find your own path. That's the point though, finding your own path and not crashing into a situation you can't get out of.

I don't know, I don't take red pill advice because I'm not interested in dating anyone at this time. From my experience, the most important things are to be good-looking, tall, and rich if you want to attract women.
