This is a little hard to articulate but let's imagine you're my girlfriend (ofc we're assuming that you're an adult woman).

Me and you are trying to replicate a video challenge we watched. This requires me to lift you in a certain position, but I'm struggling a little bit, I'm average height and build (5'10, 183 pounds or about 13 stone).

Edit: I forgot to add that you're an average height and build woman; 5'5 and about 135 pounds (or 9 st 7 pounds), you are not heavy. I'm not weak per say, but the nature of the challenge and the positoin I'm trying to lift you to is just hard in general.

You (my girlfriend) say; "Ooo the guy (in the video we're trying to copy) must be tall and strong".

Would it be reasonable for me to get upset and offended by that comment?

Would I come across as overly insecure if I was upset? - I should add that I don't think being insecure is necessarily a bad thing on its own, it's natural to be insecure about something about yourself but ofc it's best not to allow it to control the way you behave or react.

Interested in your thoughts, thanks.
