This is what i believe would have saved some people back in the past, if this corporation was real, had HQ in every country and a lot of authority to even send you to jail, to be in colaboration wtih the justice system and medical system.
Millions of employees worlwide full of therapists, psychiatrists,social workers, civilian personnel. financial consultants, etc.. basically every aspect of human life there would be a hired help here
So when people come in to want to become parents men and women go through a series of tests to determine a conclusion and a possible future for their offspring. We screen for: sociability,spirituality,professional life, relationships with relatives/own parents, personal leisure,etc.. All aspects of human life. If the man and the woman are diagnosed with mental illness they are presented with 2 choices and they sign documents:

1.They follow the guidelines of their appointed case worker that will guide them because most likely the child will have ASD in this case because the father has it and the male genes usually transmit better. So the future mother and father adhere and sign documents that are legally binded and they receive guidance and money between 250 to 500.000$ for the chilld for 14 years between 1-14 of the child's life because those years are crucial for social,emotional evolution and of course to counteract poverty. They don't have to pay the money back it's not a loan, this is humantarian work and hopefully the child cand avoid entirely ASD, austim,aspergers all those cursed mental illnesses and have a beautiful life and i ready to face highschool teritory ages 14-18

2.The new parents can choose to ignore the guidelines of this institution but for the sake of the future child and this is the direction of the motto there, they are forbidden to have a child and just ,,wing it'' on their own because the risk is to high and child will become a loser later in life. This is all to avoid a certain outcome: virgin at 35+, no friends in middle/high school, outcast, creep, fat-chubby-obese, addicted to porn/video games/ gambling. There have just been too many cases like these (millions) of boys end up like this because they were brought up by unfit mentally ill know-it-all parents.. The goal is to avoid that and protect the future child. So if they go againts this corporation and have the child anyways even thought they are very low scored on financial,mental,social screening they should be punished, the child taken away from them and case workers are tasked to be surogate mother and father for the child segments 1-14 and 14-18. When the child becomes 18 he is evaluated again and of course throughout 1-14 he can be evaluated as well and hopefully the best course of action cand be taken. The hostile parents suffer fines and in some cases jail time and even sterilization procedures because they appear to have no regard for human life and the humane community itself.
This ideea is basically to offer help to new parents whom before they create the child sadly for them they are diagnosed correctly with mental illness but also poor financial gain, no friends, no hobbies, depression,etc.. like i apologize but these are not fit parents and should never be considered, it's either they accept the help from this corporation or they are punished severely because they are gambling with the future of a mentally ill child who would most likely become an outcast of society and even a dangerous individual later in life in some cases.
This is just to try and stop the tragedies of children being born to unfit ,mentally ill,poor, dangerous parents because no one deserve that and afterwards to have the majority of society gaslight you that your parents did ,,nothing wrong.. it's just life''....
