When I started PUA I was 25. Kissless virgin. 0 experience with women. Well technically I had 4 escorts. But I don’t count them.

Once I started do cold approaches. I got rid my social anxiety and I have managed to sleep with 3 women in 6 months time. And then I got into relationship which lasted for 5 years.

So PUA, literally changed my life.

After viewing RP stuff I was able to move on from my oneitus because I could put the whole situation in its proper context. Once RP had considerable explanatory power, I was pretty much on board.

Now I'm in a relationship, I've used RP ideas to know what to really look for in a woman. Currently the happiest, most stress free relationship I've ever been in.

It helped for sure, although I was already figuring things out on my own before that. But, longterm, I feel you sorta have to shake it off. It hangs on you like a shadow.

And it's become this weird culture war deal that it didn't used to be and is way too mainstream.

RP helped me recognize why more than what.

You learn through interacting with your car that turning the key (or pressing the button) starts it, that pressing the gas pedal makes it go and so on. You can operate the car just fine without understanding why it works, but when it comes to diagnosing problems with it, knowing why it works is invaluable.

Since I started implementing RP I was able to reach body count of 8, compared to 0 beforehand. The main things which are strictly RP that helped me are maintaining frame, willful neglect, keeping the door open, stuff like that. So yeah, practically speaking it's a success

It didn’t work for me at all even being slightly above average in looks and in shape. Fact is, gen Z women have such inflated standards unless you offer everything she wants (looks, height, money, neurotypical loud/“confident” personality) you will be passed over for the men that do have all these things. With technology now they have endless access to these women and men not in that top 20% are left behind most of the time.

Long story short, redpill made me more confident around women. And i did get more access to sex. By time i learned about redpill, i had already been in several long term relationships.

The biggest lessons were, become the best version of yourself, don't blame other people for my bad decisions, women are just as flawed as men, and the dating game isn't fair.

But i haven't actively been apart of redpill in almost 10 years. It slowly became more hateful and angry towards women so i bailed.

in practice?

I found TRP looking for answers, after my first divorce. Whilst immensely valuable theoretically, the true value lies in its application. For example I never really struggled attracting girls. Yet the dissolution of my first marriage was due to my lack of leadership, and communication skills. I chalk a bit of it up to immaturity, and my defiant nature, but most of it was a lack of accountability.

My current relationship is day and night in comparison. Communication’s great. Boundaries solid. My partner’s happy. Kids are doing well. TRP isn’t the only reason, but it contributed a ton to my worldview.

Number of girls I dated / had sex with:

Before RP: 6 over the course of 10 years.

After RP: 30+ over the course of 10 years, including way hotter women and a few threesomes.

Now, there was as much internal change (lifting, becoming outcome independent, no longer overthinking, accepting that some women will think I’m creepy and others will want to fuck like regardless of what I do.

But also a lot of it was indeed pattern recognition.

As I’ve said, the preselection / dread pill is fucking brutal.

I can pretty much put money on other previously lukewarm women suddenly reappearing and showing major interest when they see me with a new / hotter woman.

"Redpill" wasn't a thing at the time so it was more the PUA/seduction community. It was really a combination of exposure to those ideas and to military school that built up my confidence and ability to have success in dating.

The biggest thing was the challenges to put yourself out there and talk to people (and not just women). Beyond that the ability to self-rationalize hitting on women (I am doing her a favor by hitting on her), the self-awareness around things like "oneitis", .etc. Knowledge of basic "plays" like "how do you deal with a woman who is with her friends?", .etc

Am I still shy? Yes

Am I still awkward? Also yes

Am I less of both of those things than before by a lot? Triple yes

I never really wanted casual sex, so my main success was getting far more first dates and my current LTR with my girlfriend.

For context I got Red Pilled at 25

I practiced everything that Red Pill / MGTOW preached and got real results compared to when I was goofy hopeful romantic. I got to the point that I was going on multiple dates a week and for a good amount of time I was "spinning plates" I had 3 girls I was sleeping with simultaneously.

The only caveat is that I was having sex with relatively attractive older women (28-40s) which was fun but I still couldn't pull young attractive girls than me (18-26)

Gym and focusing on my outwards appearences made all the difference for me. I don‘t even have to approach women anymore, they do it themself.
