In everything in life, there is a top 50% and a bottom 50%. Every single characteristic and profession has this bottom 50% and top 50%. For whatever reason, the vast majority of people do not train meaningfully and committedly in virtually any modality. So if you bother to put any effort at all over a consistent period of time (years) you will likely be above average.

Separating that further, even among people who DO actively put in effort to improve on a characteristic or job, very few research the modalities for doing that efficiently. If you do a TON of research on what you are trying to improve, in addition to working very hard for years, you will likely be not just above average but advanced in what you are trying to accomplish. - for the vast majority of people the effort to reward when it comes to improving looks/career/body stops here in the advanced stage all natural with normal genetics

Separating that EVEN FURTHER, the vast majority of people are either unwilling to use performance enhancing drugs, or using them in a stupid way, or using them instead of researching and training hard. You add in smart well researched nuanced drug use towards the characteristics you are trying to develop, and you likely end up with elite performance in that given characteristic or modality.

"Sure, but I have bad genetics. I'm balding/ugly/socially stunted/academically stunted"

I feel that, but do you have bad genetics for everything? Most likely not. Most likely you have at least ONE characteristic that you are either normal or above average in. That's what you go ALL IN on developing, and then eventually you will find a girl that values that thing. For example, artsy girls, writer girls, reader girls, fitness girls, business girls, science girls, etc etc etc.

So, almost no one can be great at anything, but most people can be great at something, and they can bring at least 1 or 2 below average things up to at least an average socially acceptable range through hard work and dedicated training. Bad genetics are real, I give you that, but most people don't even fucking try. The unlucky aspect is, well, you can be a genetic god but if you die tomorrow you aren't getting laid :p. A bit pedantic but it's true.

By far, without a doubt, the easiest physical way to set yourself apart as a man is through fitness. The majority of men in America are OVERWEIGHT! That means just being a normal bodyfat makes you above average. Having abs and barely any muscle separation makes you advanced. Being actually fit literally puts you in the top 1% of men physically that's how fucking sad this country is. Fitness is so rare in men today the sole act of being fit can probably be enough to get you laid. If you're really fucking lazy you could probably trip on a steroid needle and become physically attractive to the vast majority of women in like a year lol.
