• What they consider beta isn't always truly beta. "Beta" isn't always so bad. You simply can't be devastatingly alpha all the time. Unless you're a robot (which most of them lack charisma so they basically are). Not saying it's alpha either, but some women will like this. Mickey Rourke in 9 1/2 weeks offered to do Kim Basinger's dishes, laundry, cooking, etc. Just to be around her.

  • Weightlifting isn't nearly as important as they say. Women would generally prefer a toned guy over an oompa loompa who can bench press a mack truck.

  • Showing emotion isn't so bad...it's part of being a human. Yes, crying to a woman isn't the worst thing ever. It happens. Stoicism is not impressive. Even the biggest naturals, who aren't part of the RP, have cried to women before.

  • Telling a woman you care for her is not beta. Feigning alpha comes across very incongruent, of course they don't get that. Telling her she's a "strong woman" can actually very powerful. RP doesn't get this. Wanting to cuddle isn't beta either. It's natural.

  • Being political is NOT impressive. Yes, they bow down to Trump. Are they really so lost they think that appeals to women? Roissy started that, must have been a psy-op to make men look stupid. Good job, Roissy.

I'm a textbook sigma male. Real pill only. These observations are relevant. Add more if you'd like.

EDIT: Don't have time to address every point. The RP mantra is "lift heavy". Not every person who subscribes to RP believes this (you actually have to explain it this way here), but many of them would be better off doing P90x or something like that.

The part regarding crying over a woman is misunderstood, not saying that's something you want to do. If you're a straight male (no matter how alpha/beta/whatever) there's at least one woman in this world who can break you down, regardless how many women you've been with & how "alpha" you think you are. RP typically lack experience so they don't know this. They rely on tall tales & every RP forum/sub has a section dedicated to this (should tell you enough right there), always pinned.
