For the most part, no, I wasn't super concerned about it when I was single, with a certain exception.

Most girls I knew or hooked up with in college and high school fit the normal bell curve of N-counts, some more, some less, some very high by their own admission but still managed to be level-headed, reasonable girls.

A few though had issues (some body image issues, some mental issues, some self-esteem issues) and hooked up with multiple guys every weekend and had N-counts likely in the triple digits. Those type of damaged goods would be a deal breaker for me. They were clearly using sex to fill some void in their life (giggity) and that type of behavior is, IMO, unhealthy.

I find that men in general DO care - no one wants to marry the most promiscuous girl in town / in their social circle. If you define women in the top 10 or 20% of partner counts (>10 or >7 partners, respectively, counting oral/vaginal/anal), they are a minority anyway, so most men aren't really going to encounter them the majority of the time, hence they are generally not concerned about partner counts. Most promiscuous women, if you get to know them over time (via social circle interactions, for example) will reveal themselves in due time. It also depends on how old he is, and how old of a partner he's looking for.

No they don't. High powered men often want to date high powered women to keep up with their social status. Think celebs dating celebs. Most celebs don't only have a history of a raunchy sex life, but also often have to work in close proximity to other high powered individuals of opposite sexes. This doesn't seem to deter men , but the men who are more selective about who they date and date leas valuable women than themselves as a consequence do better in the long term market.

I wouldn't say I'm at my best high value self. I'm striving towards that. But most logical males in general seem to not care if it's just sex. If it's someone your spending life with then yes. Things like pair bonding and soul ties are actually a real thing.

If a woman is looking to marry a high value male it'd make more sense for the woman to have sex when in relationships only I guess.

From a statistical standpoint, i think less then 10% of men make over 75k per year. And less then 5% pull over 100k. That's single earner, not household combined.

So most women will never land a high value man.

The high quality men I know will never marry a girl who everyone in his social circle knows as a slut. It is less about n-count and more about the public perception of his mate selection and how this correlates with his reputation.

In other words, he might marry a girl who has a high n-count, but not one who has a publicly high n-count. I would argue that no high quality man or any man for that matter wants to marry a prostitute or ex-prostitute.

We very much do as it informs a woman's ability to successfully pair bond. It's already hard enough to compete with the specification set for utility which she used to choose you. Last thing you want is to be simultaneously compared to a plethora of other men.

Consider that every time a woman has natural sex with a man she actually absorbs some of his physical essence (his genetic essence at that) and uses it to build other parts of her physical self. She also absorbs some of his energetic essence as well - and the men with whom women casually choose to share their sexual selves often pass on negative energy. In this sense women who have casual sex partners can become literal dumpsters for the genetic material and negative energy of the men they are choosing. And both the physical essence and the energetic essence of those men become a part of them.

It does not jibe with the current cultural zeitgeist for women to fully consider the act of sex and its entire meaning to themselves, but that fact does not excuse women from the responsibility of undergoing such consideration for themselves.

Thus, a woman who will have accumulated a few or several casual sex partners will have, at the very least, demonstrated a lack of depth in the consideration of sex that would suggest a lack of curiosity, independent thought, and due consideration of life. No thanks.

Just remember that TRP truths are mostly solipsism, projection and revenge fantasies. They very rarely have any basis in reality. According to TRP no man would want to date a slut. According to studies this is simply how insecure, sexist and non-Western men feel.

Studies have also shown that high n-count women usually pair up with high n-count men. The men that can sleep with a lot of chicks are those that end up dating the slutty ones simply because they don't care about her n-count. They care about having an attractive and similar minded partner, but don't have the same objections as TRPers.

High value men simply don't care that she might have had more attractive partners or partners with bigger dicks. Last time this topic made the rounds I came up with a theory which goes as follows. Men cannot know a woman's n-count with any certainty, therefore if you consider their often tauted scenario "two girls exactly alike, one with an n count of 2 the other with an n count of 20", in theory of course they would pick up the 2. But in practice, they couldn't tell the girls apart, they are exactly alike. And chances are he would be happy to have either.

So, since men cannot directly reliably know a woman's n count, he has to rely on secondary characteristics, that for better or for worse, are associated with promiscuity. Slut tells. Next time this topic comes up, I dare you to ask any of the guys who care about n-count - every single one will say for reasons that are better slut tells than promiscuity. Ie. Increased risk of cheating, well knowing if she cheated in her past is easier to know than her n count and probably a better tell of if she will cheat in the future.

Pretty much, men don't care about the actual literal number of sexual partners, they think they do, but really what they care about are slut tells. A woman with high n count but low slut tells will have no problem catching a high value man. A woman with low n count but high slut tells will have a harder time.
