Summary: Tinder is a tough nut to crack unless you're in the top %20—All those "how to succeed at Tinder" guides kinda feel like BS.

Body: I'm currently in a large college town, tons of women in my preferred age range 18-24. Personal background, I've probably half-way swallowed the pill, still weak with approaches and maintaining abundance and frame. I have 2 plates and a few others not frequent enough to be considered so.

Tinder seemed like a decent way to supplement my exposure to potential plates, so I grabbed the app and set up with what I felt like were my best pic options. I followed the recommendations of using pics of myself including women, etc.

I've included some so you all actually have reference. http://imgur.com/a/BfHDh

I've swapped a bunch around with varying success, but I feel that the above were the best of them.

Results: Notttt that great. For every 75 right swipes, I probably get one match. For every message—of which the most successful were simple such as "You seem pretty cool. Let's go out."—I got probably 3/4 responses. Actually for a response rate that's not bad. But overall, where it counts—I've been on ONE Tinder date.

Ok, stoicism applied, saltiness aside, I am doing something wrong. I will assume the single largest factor is picture attractiveness. I feel that I have a decent eye as a graphic designer and photographer, so let's focus on attractiveness. My conclusion is that I'm facially not really attractive. Or maybe if I'm being nice, just average. You guys can offer thoughts on that... or not because I blurred them.

But here's the thing: The Red Pill is about open mindedly coming to terms with the truth of the world, and adjusting to conquer the world anyway.

So here's my question for you. What more can one do?

I'm pretty sure my face is kinda bleh. Maybe there's a way to take a photo from a specific angle so that doesn't matter as much. I've been working out, so I'm a bit more toned finally. Maybe my pics should focus on that and less emphasize face. I don't have a "fun activity" pic that demonstrates value.

What I would love to put together is a list. A list of things that one might change and focus on to improve picture quality, such that if one area fails, the rest can cover.

TL;DR: Pics on Tinder are pretty damn important. If you're average or below, you'll have to work extra hard to get them up to par. The key problem is WHERE and HOW to actually put in that work.
