The only red flag that I see is that she doesn't like that you next cheaters and liars. You are literally asking for basic needs. Something 100% of men will ask for and need and it bothers her.

Let us enumerate some of your mistakes:

Why not f-close before brewery? It was 2nd meetup after all. She may have taken it as a "date" in your early interaction which sprung boyfriend feelings (and hence drama earlier than needed)
verbalized too much on your view of relationships. You even talked about "nexting". Should have verbalized less and fired back with your own questions
Arguing? It takes two to dance. Wtf? If a chick starts arguing, I pass her shit tests a couple times, then give her up to 20 seconds of drama/hostility. If it's longer than that. I ask her "Do you want to go home?" Or "I'm going home" ( and quietly get up and leave quick). Soft Next for at least 3-5 days

This being said, I wouldn't necessarily be disheartened because she's actively trying to get more of a commitment. I'd keep an eye on this more than anything.
