Managers nearly always pick the female unless you are a huge value to the company and even then they can get blinded by a emotionally manipulative women. Working with women is daily treachery.

Depending on the state you work in, if they let you go for the reasons you said, then they legally may not be allowed to replace you for X amount of time.

I'm an attorney in the US. OP has no case unless he is (a) a member of a protected class (age, race, etc) or (b) has an employment agreement.

In most, if not all, US states, employment is "at will" and employees may be fired for any reason or NO REASON.

I also want to say, independently from my previous criticism where I claimed that if you had any value to your job you'd still be there, that I've fucked like crazy at my current job. Fucked my immediate superior while I was already fucking another co-worker. They both got jealous of each other and drama ensued. While that was happening I started fucking another girl.

In the end, my supervisor got fired, the third girl quit, and the original girl stayed on and wanted to keep fucking me. The reason it went down this way is because I'm smart and employed good strategy WITH CONFIDENCE. On top of all that, I am good at my job and am valuable to my employer.

You are a low value man and low value employee with low confidence. You are reaping exactly what you have sown. Everything that's happening to you is happening exactly as it should.
