I remember binging a lot of red pill material back in my University days and stumbling across the book of Pook.

There was a segment in that book that talks about putting on size and how much it pulled girls for him. A lot of his anectedote seemed grossly exaggerated and really didn't take it too seriously.

Overtime, I realized how much size ties into masculinity. This one time I was at a party and I was a skinny boy. I'll never forget her words to me: "I can take you in a fight, look at your size." It wasn't in jest. It was dead serious.

I laughed it off but it hurt me internally. Then it dawned on me. If I were bigger, she wouldn't even say that. I loved the skinny look but in their eyes, and I suspect to other men as well, I was not a man. Sure they thought I was nice and I consider myself a solid guy but I wasn't satisfied.

Two years past when I started my journey to pack size and I revisited pook's words and I realized they weren't gross exaggerations.

I can talk to above average girls with higher success. Plain janes are almost always receptive compared to before and I was only attracting with my physical appearance alone.

The greatest product of seeing results is realizing that it was me who took control of my life. It was me who made this happen. Confidence was the greatest product of this entire process and I'm not planning to stop soon. I felt more like a man with my appearance and my mind followed as well.

To the countless advice on lifting on this subreddit. Just do it. Pack size, invest in the time on research and proper diet. You will BE ahead already. You will pass the eye test based on your looks only. When you see actual progress, confidence will eventually follow.

Healthier diet, less sugar rush, you're less groggy. Your thinking is clear. Everything will follow. Size really does matter and I'm not even talking about penis size.

Here is the segment I was referring to in my introduction. Interesting read and so relevant in my life right now.
