Good: Got back in the gym after a week off. Didn't respond to my psycho ex-girlfriend. Asked out four girls...got little reaction from two of them and am hard-nexting them. I've been lifting. My brother noticed and commented that my arms and shoulders look bigger and stronger. Rolled with a purple belt at BJJ (I'm a white belt) and he told me I must have leveled up recently. Successful 31 days of NoFap and my balls feel big, literally and figuratively.

Crosscountry move incoming, but I figure it's a case of going into the maze to find new cheese when the old cheese disappears. Went to the mall yesterday for a casual stroll through. Trying to find ways to change my current style and cultivate some abundance. While I was there I approached several girls.

The most notable one was a 19 year old HB7 Latina. I started it off with just talking about Keith harings art as she was hovering by(I was looking at a Keith haring book in Urban outfitters.) Frame is a concept I struggle with the most, both in understanding and executing. We ended up splitting a bit after (She was going to apply for a job in some place we passed, I kept doing my shit) But in this set I suppose it was my frame that made her leave her day. I broke her frame and she was in my day. We were Kino ing, building rapport, I would not say anything at times (which felt weird) and she would break it. I still had a nagging feeling in the back of my head that I had to entertain her (blue pill dying?)

Honestly it was great that she entered my day, but it was annoying also. I wanted to do my shit and approach girls as I see fit. But I couldn't because she clung on. I found my self trying to get her to go away. It was aight.

TL;DR: As an inexperienced red puller I had some success with strong frame. Made a HB7 forget about her day. Enter mine. It was a wealth of experience for me but that's about it.

OK, so after a long time lifting im finally seeing the progress i want. im on a cut and i can see im on my way to my goal physique. I was those visible abs and dat v-taper dammit and i WILL have them.

There is one thing thats bothering me. I started going to the University gym and when im there i frequently see my highschool ex (and her mom). It reminds me of all the beta shit i did (trying to contact her after she dumped me and shit, losing frame hardcore, etc) and it makes me cringe. I dont think I can recover from all that lol. Ive just been ignoring her. So, yesterday as im coming upstairs to leave theyre coming down leaving and this positions me behind them. So I basically look like im following them, all the way to my car that is parked beside hers (had no idea when i parked). We all make eye contact as I look up from my phone in the parking garage. I just look back at my phone as I walk to my car and try to ignore. Hopefully she doesnt think im stalking her or some shit because all of this was unintentional. If they do I guess it doesnt matter much. Whats my best strategy here? just keep ignoring them? am i fucking up?

Been working out consistently, and actually noticing improvements. I feel like chest and arms aren't growing as fast as they should but I'm probably just not noticing it, and will keep up the work. Currently running Coolcicadas PPL at LA fitness and loving it.

Got an easy lay, chatted a girl on Instagram (that I made three days ago and haven't posted on). Sent her a pic of my hotel room and told her I'd love to see her bent over my bed. Got replied with, "You're franker than frank, that's refreshing." Got one of the easiest lays of my life. I never would have thought she would do that before I can here. She's college educated, seems bookish and kind of nerdy. Laid in bed after kind of mind boggled.

Went to a Chinese takeout place while pitching my business, owner threw my flyer in the trash. Chinese cashier girl takes my flyer out, hunts me down on Facebook and messages me. She's super submissive to the point of calling me "master" and "lord". She bought me a bunch of food, and we're getting coffee today. Four years older than I am. Again, super mind boggled, but fuck I'm not complaining.

Starred my own window cleaning business, and I'm interviewing for a night time job in a warehouse paying 15 or so an hour. Not the best, but it'll keep my afloat while I run my business during the day. Really happy to be free and be able to hustle.

I compare myself to guys in the gym that have either been going for years or are on roids. Thankfully most of then have stick figure legs so that always gives me a bit of a morale boost.

I could hustle a lot more at my business, the first cold approach is always the worst. Been working on it but I need improvement.

I need to stay focused.

This girl I work with (part time job i'm in college so shit where you eat doesn't apply) Just came back from her university. I'm gonna get her number and then escalate and see how it goes from there. Doesn't sound like much but its a big step for me considering how BP I was. Old me would have never even spoken to her because she's "too out of my league". If she says no, it's whatever, I won't put myself into orbit mode i'l just remain on coworker terms and if she says yes then I'l finally have a plate.

I read a post here yesterday which said to stop theorizing and just do. So i asked out a girl right away. She accepted.

Flash forward to date day. I oversleep and arrive 1 hour late. She texts me "Did you really think i would wait for an hour?" I said no and went to eat lunch alone not thinking anything of it. Get a text 10 min later from her saying she is at a store nearby.

I've been lifting for about 3 months now, and my body looks significantly better I've fixed my posture. I've picked up free running as a hobby I have a 3.7 gpa this quarter. Gained about 5 pounds.

Bad A girl I've been talking to randomly gave me her snapchat. She was showing indicators of interest, so I decided to flirt and she stopped messaging me after I tried. She was showing indicators of interest( laughing at my terrible jokes, getting close to me when I'm talking, only focusing on me when @I'm talking, looking at my lips when I was talking, restarting conversations with me when conversations ended).Maybe she was just being friendly, but sometimes it's hard to tell the difference. This week has been good. I've been approaching a lot and made a lot of progress with my skills in dealing with women. Gym has been going decent. My problem is that Im not consistent with my routine and diet. I always switch things up instead. Time to stop that. Take note, people of TRP, Now till he end of August; Losing 1.5lbs a week, Starting Strength variation. No more switching. I'm skinny fat 175, if I g through with this I'll be at 160 by the end of August. What else? Reading and improving my mind has been slacking tremendously, to be honest I'm burnt out and not focused. I know doing these things would drastically improve my life but my body wants to go out and approach. There have been times where I just want to approach, that's it. However, just approching nlis not going to cut it. I need to improve in other areas of my life. Reading, writing, drawing, and get knowledge.

Progress update #2

During the intervening 2 weeks, I have shed an additional 2 pounds. Working out has been a steady part of my life, 4x a week.

I've noticed an uptick in female attention, I practiced further on women. Went to the bar to celebrate my birthday, spoke to every woman in the bar. Got a few #'s.

Diet needs work, I have been eating poorly, and you can't out train a bad diet. Meal prepping is the next goal.

I've got 2 girls I'm working into plates from tinder. Uptick of attention there too.

Fitness & Diet: Great.

Workout pretty consistent. People are commenting on my physique changes. I see girls notice me now. A girl who used to ignore me when she saw me daily stopped me on the street to say hi. Hit strenght goals for OHP. Bench and Deadlift goals were attained last week. My knee were hurting so I couldn't work my squat in May as much as I planned, but I went to a doctor and I am programming to bring this lagging lift up.

My diet were average. I want to slowly cut but only managed to maintain.

Mission & lifestyle: Progress were made.

Found a place to rent, initiated negotiation. Soon I will leave my parents roof and move closer to my job. It greatly improve my logistics as I will be very close to a huge ammount of venues and give me time to work on some projects during the week. I finished reading The Abolition of Man. Very short book that left me with some toughts. Might write a post.

Girls: Sad but I have to consider it progress.

Tried to game a chick I oppened last week with no sucess. Managed to approach some girls, failed to approach others, but even the ones that I failed to approach made me happy as I had the desire to approach, the thrill of the hunt is back. No great moments this week though, didn't had the guts to be rejected for showing interest, only by telling a super stupid joke to a girl I never talked to in the gym. This shit is progress just because I am used to not approach at all.

I completed my draft thesis during the week. Still have a couple of experiments to finish off but the feedback on it has been positive with only minor tweaks being recommended.
Today marks 3 months of going to the gym consistently. With thesis and work, I was aiming for minimum two days a week and have hit that. I will be bringing it up to 3-4 over the coming weeks to ramp up progress.
Have begun to meditate in the morning. I have been using the Sam Harris guided meditation for mindfulness.
I started to read the Rational Male.

Bad

I am still procrastinating too much. I need to improve my time management and work practices.
My sleep habits are pretty bad. I am not consistent with going to bed or waking up.
My diet needs improvement. Not eating nearly enough vegetables and haven't been keeping track of what I am eating.
Still occasionally talking to psycho fling I had a several months. I have stopped initiating conversation but am still responding. Need to hard next.

The good:
I am working on getting out of bed at the same time each day. I have a couple months off but I've got to get some learning done for school.

I improved my wardrobe this week but quit lifting to let my elbow heal. I'll quit for another week and then I'll train really light with 10-20 reps for a month or two to just not lose muscle. At least that's my plan now

I've made some progress with a psychological problem, namely an OCD like anxiety disorder. It takes a lot out of me but I hope I'll get rid of it entirely and can function fully again in a year or something. I meditated almost every morning and evening

The bad:
I was with my parents almost the entire week and now with my GF's parents and it's hard to keep track of my personal schedule.

I didn't stick to my schedule all week. Also due to it being to hot to sleep.

Finally joined a gym, I am studying medicine so finding it a bit difficult to find time.
Unfortunately stopped lifting because I am here in the caribbean and there aren't any decent gyms nearby.
Found with a fat bitch infront of the class, bitch has some mental disorder, starts screaming and yelling for no reason. I stayed calm and told her to sit down. Ofcourse I was the bad person for doing that.
I've become quite comfortable with confrontation
First in class in all the tests conducted so far so academics is good.
Still having issues conversing with girls, its always about class or just silly jokes. I am failing to hit that romantic spot.
The classic loud idiot of the class got a gf, kinda annoyed with that development. Happy for him but not sure how to emulate some aspects of him in me. Guy has classic alpha traits.

I have this entire week off to study for chemistry, pretty easy subject since I take standard level. I supposedly had MMA practice today. Usually I slack off, tell myself I need to study even though I've spent only about an hour all of today to do so. I got off my ass and went to practice, and boy was it worth it. Where I'm from, couches don't give a shit if you leave practice crying or with a broken nose (true story) as long as you learned something. And I did.

Edit: Fails: I'm still not stuffing myself enough. I live in Egypt so I can only sneak food in the middle of the day and I don't eat enough before sunrise or after sunset. Stuck at 60.5 kg for the past 2 months.

I've set a new PR on rows and weighted dips. I'm very pleased with my upper body strength, now. Doing 105kg bench for 5 reps and 65kg overhead press for 5 reps. I'm one of the strongest in my gym now.
Fixed my squats after trying to change my technique and losing confidence with them. I'm now back on track to set new strength records.
Quit watching porn (again). I let porn come back into my life slowly, but I've now stopped again. This was my second week porn free and my libido is so much stronger as well as my lifts. Sex is so much better without porn.

Things I need to work on:

I've been going to bed later and sleeping in too late. This has always been a problem in my life. Last year I managed to start getting up at 6:00 and go for a 30-45 minute walk before work. This was really great for me. I've now set my alarm to 6:00 again but I've turned it off and gone back to sleep so far. Tomorrow I must actually make the move and go for a walk.

Went to the gym 5 times. Did intense cardio and light weights (15 to 20 reps). Reducing my intake of food. Skipping breakfast (not the most important meal if the day btw). Am cutting back on monsters and drinking lots of water.

Bad: Ate 2 corn dogs. 1 day i only ate once, and very little. Need to do a lot more cardio than weights right now.

Started my first real job (in my early twenties) I have never seen more than 3 digits in my bank account, but now I am going to easily hit 5 digits by the end of the year. Now that I have the funds and the lifestyle, I will take gym seriously and get to my 190 lb goal.
