Pay attention to your voice's pitch.

A man who is in a relaxed, dominant position will speak on a lower register than a man who is feeling scared or intimidated. If you consistently speak in the lower part of your voice range, it projects strength.

Conversely, notice your coworker's voice pitch the next time your boss is reaming him out. Chances are, he'll be speaking in a higher register.

But relaxed is key. If you overdo it, you'll sound like a 12-year-old who's just hitting puberty and desperately wants to prove his manhood.

No sudden movements. If something surprising happens you have to react in a controlled way, otherwise you'll seem to be afraid, or anxious. Kind of the way a small rodent would turn to see a snake behind it. Don't do that.

Take up space wherever you are. So you stand shoulders back feet slightly apart chest a bit out. If you are sitting, legs apart, you want to take up as much volume as possible.

When you make eye contact never look down afterwards, try and hold it longer than the other person for a little bit.

Speak slowly, allowing for pauses to create emphasis. Practice speaking from your diaphragm. Makes such a difference in making your voice project and boom without properly shouting.

No sudden movements. Do things deliberately and slowly.

When moving girls around etc, a light hand on the back whilst moving them somewhere does wonders.

See I work on a computer for hours everyday and it fucks up my posture. When I walk, I naturally lead with my head. However, I notice a huge difference in posture when I lead with my dick. My back relaxes and my chest automatically puffs out. It feels great!

Another one: whenever you enter a room, don't just walk in. Take a couple steps into the room, plant your feet, and take a moment to look around the room to decide which group you'll approach, then approach.

the dominant people will always be the ones who introduce themselves to the new comer and "engulf" them in to the friend circle

And what you should do in response is to tell that "dominant" person to introduce you to everyone. Once he or she introduces you to the first person, you say hi and handshake, then you introduce yourself one by one to everyone else, essentially bypassing that original "dominant" person's role as gatekeeper. Be friendly, but bold. It's subtle, and it really makes an impression.

Also, always look your best. There's a not so obvious tip for ya.

once you imagine this mindset you can imagine what you'd do within this mindset then post those ideas here!

that's how I usually approach things: it's a very outside-the box (red pill) way to think.

Things I've noticed that I naturally do wrong:

1) I always get out of everyone's way. If I'm walking, and someone else is walking in the opposite direction towards me, I always move to accommodate them first. Often they make no effort to accommodate me at all, which leaves me pissed off. Also I've noticed women make far less effort to accommodate me than men do

What to do? It's a game of chicken. Don't be the one who moves first, if you don't move then they will not want to walk into you, so as soon as they move, you move, and you both accommodate each other. And you come off as the dominant one.

2) constantly looking down. I always look down when walking. This also helps a lot with the first one, since I've stared looking forward when I walk people get out of my way and often avoid looking at me, especially men.

The end goal is unconscious competence, we get that from conscious effort to correct what we're doing wrong, so who cares if we come off as incongruent at first, as long as we're on the road to becoming the man we want to be.

One thing dominant alphas do is touch everyone in a parental approving way. Hands on both shoulders, little squeeze. "Good job, as you were, boy." I had an exec producer do this to me, and I was feeling reckless so as he was letting go I leaned in close to him and growled "Don't ever touch me." Like I was channeling Ving Rhames. His eyes bugged out and he froze for a sec, like a deer in headlights. Then I smiled/chuckled and said "I'm just fucking around" He laughed but was still obviously shaken, completely unused to ever having his dominance challenged, even as a joke.

Power talk translation was "I recognize your authority but I cannot be socially engineered. Let's be friends ... or not." One of the benefits of being a freelancer is I don't give too much of a fuck about any one job/boss.

Offer the handshake and introduction first. During the shake, place your left hand on the dude's right shoulder, maybe throw a pat in there if you're feeling it. It's a subtle way to AMOG through body language, a dominant animal physically (though it shouldn't be obvious, obviously) forcing another to physically lower their position. By putting your hand on their shoulder and gently pushing downward, you elevate your own position.

Realize that behaviors are patterns of the brain. The brain either is reacting to stimulus or generating stimulus.

Those who are dominant do not react. Dominance requires you to generate reactions in the environment around you. Take territory, make demands, show authority, create the illusion of control (you can pretend). Switching from being a person that is reacting to the environment to molding your environment to your liking creates a "dominant" persona.

Putting an arm around a person's shoulder (when sitting and are around the same height) or waist (if you're shorter and both of you are standing) does the trick.

Likewise, if someone is doing it to you, it's time to work on being more dominant.

This thread has a serious lack of abundance mentality and most the tricks will work against you. People are very aware of any kind of domineering technique. When somebody tries this with me I just laugh at them. Not a hostile laugh, a friendly laugh with a genuine smile.

Don't invest yourself into power games unless there is something clearly worth fighting for. Women are not this thing.

What is more supplicating to women than men fighting for dominance for no important goal?

Here's the way to take down a domineering guy at a party or such setting. Pretend to be a little bit stupid and ask him stupid questions to make him reinforce his dominance until you've forced him over into bragging/posing territory. Most guys are too stupid to not flip the question back without looking hostile, like you rustled their frame. Just push him over into clown position and the problem is solved. Guys around may very well still see him as dominant, but girls are way more sensitive to these things and will be more interested in you.

The alternative is that the domineering guy realizes what is going on and disengages you and avoids you. This works well also, you got rid off the hassle and can go on with your night without being bothered.

Take up as much space as possible without losing posture.

If you have a couple of buddies let the group really have huge space between the three of you because holding more territory is subconsciously more alpha.

A good idea would be to call across the room asking someone to do a favour for you. Shows you're in control and everyone will hear.
