I have never been a plate spinner. My few ONS's have felt closer to masturbation than I like. What I do enjoy is the honeymoon stage of relationships. I also hate condoms. You could try serial LTR's. Get tested together, make sure she's on BC and she's faithful and have amazing honeymoon period sex where you can't keep your hands off of each other, and when it gets boring, end things amicably and move on.

A recent phenomena in the manosphere consists of some figures going Godpill. Roosh V, Elliott Hulse, LFA (well, not really LFA, but he's been encouraging his viewers to keep the notch count low). These guys were dedicated to the redpill and had no qualms about gaining that carnal knowledge with legions of women. Roosh was probably the biggest proponent of living the playboy lifestyle.

For one reason or another, these guys have eschewed the notion of abundance with women. To interpret why broadly, I believe it has a lot to do with pair bonding. Evolutionary biology says that humans are naturally polyamorous, or at least serial monogamists...but behavioral psychology doesn't seem to support that. Emerging insights on people who have had multiple partners doesn't seem to support that either. What more people seem to be discovering is that having multiple partners may be psychologically damaging. Humans have a tendency to pair bond, so we put an amount of mental or even spiritual stock into our relations with others, especially if the relation pertains to fucking.

For many centuries, perhaps millennia, the institution of monogamy was the norm; now, it's appearing possible that our brains have a natural inclination toward monogamy that has been cultivated by the many years it was practiced...or maybe we've been socially conditioned to being monogamous via exposure to media, historical accounts, our own upbringings, etc. Whatever the case may be, I've been learning that monogamy is better for people--maybe not everyone, hard to say.

So, I'd say the life of sexing droves of women isn't for you. And I don't think it's for most people, despite what many will say. At worse, it's an addiction and a form of validation. The baseless quest for more women steers you away from your mission, and in your case, makes you feel like shit. I know, my position is antithetical to some of the ideology here on TRP--while the upper echelon have declared TRP's about sexual strategy, I've always found it to be about improvement and I'm sticking to that.

TRP doesn't exclusively apply to spinning plates. It can effectively be implemented into LTRs with practice. If spinning plates isn't for you, then seek LTRs. Just be aware that you will need to be more mindful in a LTR as it's easier to slip out of frame and TRP principles over time in a LTR.

However spinning plates can also be used as a tool, not just to get sex, but to properly choose your relationships. TRP is not saying you shouldn't emotionally invest into women at all. I would use this time to work on yourself and do what makes you happy personally, that will be much more fulfilling than spinning a lot of plates. It is one of the most efficient ways of finding a woman for the long term since you are seeing multiple at one time. She stays a plate until she proves after sufficient time and screening that she has potential to be trained to be a good LTR. You also have an abundance mentality while screening and training her. Once you start training her, that is more investment on your part than a simple plate. With investment comes a risk of oneitis if you don't have abundance. Then if she passes through training and doesn't have any major infractions going forward, you've got yourself a decent woman for you to have an LTR with.

Spinning plates is a Swiss Army knife of a tool. It can do a lot of things for you. It can be a means to an end like building experience, getting an LTR worthy woman, or getting over a particular girl, or it can be the end itself if you so choose.

"The general consensus here" is not TRP. TRP is about embracing reality including an honest view of yourself, with stoic virtue. Body count has nothing to do with it. Abundance is a state and opportunity, but not one that you are required to engage.

Focus on school, and self-improvement. Allow women to be close if they support your ambition. You can reciprocate by supporting their goals as well. Sex will be the natural side affect of mutual admiration, and you will be happy.

If you follow this path, you may develop one-itis. Just remember that you are twenty, and you'll change a lot in the next 10-20 years. So will she. So even if she's a perfect match for you now, you'll both be very different in the future, and you'll both have FOMO if you're stuck together. At the risk of catching a ton of flak for this: that consensus is stupid. This is not red pill mentality, this is PUA mentality. I'm not impressed in the slightest with a high body count and you shouldn't be either. Far more impressed am I with the man who has a quality relationship with a quality woman. It takes a quality man to net a quality woman. Know what a high body count takes? Technique. Literally anyone can do it simply with the right know-how. Personally, I am against the lowering of standards. I would rather stay celibate for years on end than fuck a woman who is beneath me.

There are a number of bad things that happen when you lower your standards. For one, the women you fuck develop artificially inflated standards. Second, your view of women is dragged down by all the garbage women you spend time with. Finally, your own self esteem plummets. This is a subconscious process that you have no control over. Remember what Jordan Peterson said about us and lobsters? We have a hierarchy tracking mechanism built in to the brain. It knows what we're doing and releases the appropriate chemicals to make us feel good or holds them back when it sees fit.

This is why you're not satisfied. Fucking lots of women is a meaningless pursuit that any idiot can do. There's no reason for you to feel good about it. A candy bar is great when you're starving. But when you've avoided sweets for a long time and eat healthy, the very idea of a sugary explosion like that is physically repulsive. I couldn't fuck a low quality woman if I tried. They disgust me.
