You’re thinking on it too deep. She doesn’t have strong attraction yet. You said you’ve only talked to her for about 4 days now? I wouldn’t remember somebody’s birthday I barely know either, unless it was mentioned. If they told me and it was a few days away AND I was attracted to them the chance I would remember would be maybe 50%.

Also it sounds like you’re giving her too much credit by calling her sweet, when you may not know her well at all. Ease off the gas.

You are texting too much. It shows you don't have much else going on, which is a sign of low value. Telling her your birthday was meh, paints yourself as uninteresting. Why should she care?

You have only been talking for half a week and she is not invested enough yet to deeply care about birthdays etc.

It's also normal to not have the time to send extremely long messages all day, or to message consistently every day.

Be cautious of twisting reality to support your (hopeful) narratives, you be sorely disappointed. It is also strange to project the idea of manipulative 'testing' on people when they are just acting like any reasonable person would.

Bro, your whole analysis with the message lengths and the fact that you are fishing for a "Happy birthday" tells me that you are focusing on the wrong things. Why do you even text her that much? Just ask her out and secure a date, you don't have to be her text buddy. Also, the fact that you text that much says that you try to escalate over text and not in person, which I wouldn't recommend. Take all of what I said with a grain of salt though, I am also in the process of figuring things out, but that's what I would change if I was you.

if you spend hours and make posts about it you care alot. so in turn she is in power to dictate what is important thus she has less interest in you. if you were to have responbded to her opps with something like you didnt msg me? didn't notice. she might get mad but then she is emotionally invested in your life more. meaning she want to take more time from you. it also means your life is interesting enough that she is not the core of it. and being the core of someone you dont know actualy well is cringe.

My typical response to something like that would be. "Its okay we can find a way for you to make it up to me." Then depending on how the previous conversations have gone I would maybe include a wink or demon emoji.

The key is you don't want to be too passive about it like. "It's ok its no big deal" or too agressive or pouty. Be playful and make sure you don't sound like you put her on a pedestal.
