I'm no expert, but:

Stop endless mental masturbation and just go out there and approach. Take massive action but do baby-step it or you're gonna get overwhelmed. You will be doing this for years so don't try to solve everything in one week. Be fucking patient.

The less you think, the better. Go out there with the intention of facing every single one of your fears. Forget about results. Just keep going. Eventually, slowly, the process corrects by itself. You don't need to overcomplicate it with farfetched theories.

Eventually the experience will point out what's true and what isn't for you. Follow the fundamentals and guidelines but develop your own way of doing this.

ya first piece of advice is remove all this PUA lingo from your vocabulary, it makes everything seem like such a big deal when in reality it’s not, you go out there in the night, approach a woman you like and you convey what you’re trying to do with her that night, if she’s into you then you’ll know when the interaction is flowing nicely in the direction YOU want it to go, if not you’ll feel some resistance/hesitation..if that’s the case I’d recommend moving onto a next chick.
