I feel like all of those are gimmicky and impersonal.

I would call them out that the line is used a lot by single girls who get hit on a lot, and if she is serious about a bf then could discuss their relationship a bit to find out how solid / rocky it is. If she is already looking for options she will let you know.

If a girl says that, I simply say "That's cool" and continue doing what I'm doing. If I'm talking/joking with her, I keep it going.

It's not my fault she has a boyfriend, and since I'm single, I have no obligation to make sure she's faithful. That's her priority, and if she were faithful/committed/in love, there's nothing I could say to seduce her anyways. But some people aren't faithful/committed/in love/etc so it doesn't matter that she has a boyfriend.

I'm simply using her to demonstrate social value. That's it. I'll get a girl regardless of whether it's her or someone else.

Basically try to just catch them in the lie. This can be done delicately to turn it into more conversation, but really if a girl is faking a boyfriend its probably a no-close and I'm just trolling them a bit. Hopefully my positive attitude can turn into grabbing a drink and number close.

If he's real? "Oh that's cool! What's his name?" Its not just about fucking women. At least show them that you were interested in more than just getting them naked and that you just wanted to meet them, not just their vagina. If they show hesitation i just say "well it was lovely to meet you! Your boyfriend must have much better moved than me..." And move on.
