Ok guys , yesterday I met up with my ex girlfriend who I was pretty much in love with. It had been about 6 months since we had last met up and at that time I got more into seddit and pick up in general. The most important things I realized today were :

1)When you still think you are in love with your ex, it is 98% not the case. You are in love with the idea of love, not necessarily your ex . Being in love is probably the best feeling in the world and it is normal for anyone to want to experience it but in most cases that love could be replicated and be even more intense and better with a new girl.

2) We idealize girls we are attracted to as perfect creatures who have all the qualities we want them to have but that is definitely not the case. Being away from that girl just makes you realize that they are probably more flawed than you.

3)In my case , I was the grand asshole at first because I didn't know how to be in a relationship. I joked about her weight and even called her a whale .... The point here is that we all fuck up at relationships , especially in the first serious ones so you should not beat yourself over that one girl or one relationship.

4) Losing that girl will make you reach your greatest heights . I MEAN IT !!! When you think that you are at the low point of your life at the time of the break up , focus on improving yourself on every facet of your life. It could be culturally , physically or mentally. I actually had the opportunity to thank my ex yesterday for dumping my pussy ass because if she hadn't done that , I would have never become as strong and happy as I am now.

5)My cures for post break up depression : Exercising religiously , meditating, listening to new music and trying to improve game and human interaction dynamics.

6) This last lesson is the most important for me. Forgive yourself for all of the things you did in your past , apologize to others for doing whatever you did and just start a new page without the effects of the past . The past can weigh so many of us down but coming to terms with it will probably make your life 2000 times better.

Edit: Thank you guys for the up votes and great comments I am very glad that I could contribute. If anyone wants to talk personally message me I love sharing experiences.
