The big things seddit seems to teach, as far as I can tell, are:

  • Kino
  • Text game
  • Keep on trying
  • Get rid of your fuckin' phone
  • Dress well and have good hygiene
  • AMOG. Just learn how to deal with them.
  • IODs and IOIs (Push/Pull)
  • Keep your motivation up. This isn't exactly a seddit thing, but for me, it's difficult to keep on trying sometimes. That's why I come back to read seddit if I start getting lazy, it helps motivate me to get out there no matter what.

This honestly seems like it's typically enough. If you're going to be using your skills in say, clubs or schools, you also need to pay attention to:

  • Shit tests
  • DHV / Social Proof

And I personally don't believe in

  • Negs

What would you guys say? I know some of you may say that everything is important, but for me, those first 7 are the things that help me.

Things people mentioned which I use, and forgot to say.

  • Maintain a dominant frame, take up space!
  • Outcome Independance/Inner Game
