Currently, I work out, do photography, stargazing, astrophotography, and programming.

I personally enjoy collection old physical culture books, weight lifting, firearms, longboarding. I’m planning to find a musical hobby too.

You should find hobbies that fulfill one or more of these three things: 1. Keeps you physically fit 2. Can give you an income 3. Can connect you to a like-minded community and give you access to niche resources

Anything that can make you stronger, wiser, and richer.

I do boxing and play the keyboard. I started boxing because I was very unhealthy as a young child/teenager. Now I’m way better of and I know how to defend myself in dangerous situations. It really changed my life. Music is calming for me. It helps me get relaxed and it’s really beautiful after some practice.

I played hockey collegiately.

So my hobbies are the gym, hockey (ice and roller).

I’d also like to get into photography and I’m a big electronic music fan so I’d love to pick up DJing but I’ve got a limited amount of time because of my corporate job and other hobbies.

I think I’ll be able to pick up photography soon because I’d assume is pretty easy to start. I’m on a plane 8 days a month for work. I think it would be really cool to document some of the places I go.

My past hobbies with some commets:

weight lifting - makes you look good, it depends on you how many friends you make. I don’t approach people so I made 0 friends in years lol

kyokushyn karate - pretty cool but it was hard to meet people my age, let alone girls

tennis - I see myself doing this all my life. It depends who you play it with when it comes to meeting people

volunteering - best so far in making new friends and meeting girls, though it requires some time from your daily schedule.

Right now I only lift weights but I plan on getting into new things that will put me in a position to meet girls/friends. I think if you like something you should do it regardless of how many girls you meet, but I think you can also have both. There are people who have both.

I'd suggest you to have a try at whatever interests you.

Be disciplined and you'll develop a habit. After a while, you will have developed a hobby and a skill.

I build and race cars, which isnt for everybody but for me it's therapeutic and helps me clear my head while also being fun, and also builds some muscle naturally (by breaking tough bolts loose, holding the wheel tight when going through a sharp corner, heavy clutch builds leg muscle, etc). I also play airsoft here and there, which is really good for cardio since you're running around a lot. And I play and make music, both digital and with instruments, which clears my head and makes me feel good about myself. Any hobby that makes you feel like you're becoming a better you is a good hobby.

Yeah I think about this one a lot too. In my free time, I'm usually playing golf, video games, reading some books (usually sports, self-help, or comedy) or watch movies (many classic movies, I've even started watching some Japanese and Korean movies). When it's not a pandemic, I go to sporting events, amusement parks, and domestic traveling

Right now I got into gunpla but I've also been playing guitar and video games because the pandemic really hit us hard that is why I have no hobbies that is affiliated with going outside of the house.

A question though, since all of my hobbies are like full of boys and almost no girls are there. Where do I even meet them? Should I try more hobbies or find conventions about my hobbies?
