To be honest, I believe that there is not so much differences between men and women in this regard. But well, if you want advice on how to seduce men, you shouldn't ask men but women who are used to seduce them.

Anyway here's my 2 cents : Work out, eat healthy and take care of your skin, wear good clothes, Improve your intelligence by reading books, by learning whatever you want, find a passion... Once you see a guy you find attractive go see him and ask something random, and see where it goes.

This is simple yet hard, but start by building yourself up. Once you've built yourself up, being alone won't bother you because you have a fulfilling life, and being in a relationship will only be a bonus for you.

Somewhere I saw someone who wrote that he didn't need to find someone to complete himself as he was already complete alone, and a relationship was only a plus, not a necessity.

I find this idea beautiful. Because a lot of relationships are ephemeral, and trying to be complete thanks to someone else may lead in neediness and unhappiness.

I was raised and presented as a woman for while, and still do sometimes. (I am genderfluid)

I think my best advice is to pay attention to who YOU like, not necessarily who is interested in you. Who do you connect with? Who do you find attractive? And then you approach them and be clear about what you want. If you want to get to know them and grab coffee, ask for that. Keep arranging hangouts and spend more time together. Get off of dating apps and meet people in person at meetup.com or something similar. Go to events you are interested in and you'll find like-minded people.
Be clear if you want casual relationship. If you are spending a lot of time together and want to have a romantic, monogamous, ride or die relationship tell them, and ask where they want this to go.

I am married now. I asked my husband out,. We met at an alternative frosh event at uni. We hung around each other a lot. I told him before a hook-up that I didn't view this as a casual thing, I was in this if he was.

Just always be clear. I've had hookups when I was younger that I wasn't clear enough that it was just sex for me, and they'd get attached and upset because they thought we were dating ---- without ever having a convo about dating, but just going for drives and sex.

Flirt! Approach men! You can do it! Remember IF they reject you that is fine, not everyone feels the spark, and you can just brush it off. It doesn't say anything about your value as a partner. Don't put your whole value as a person on what one person thinks of you romantically/sexually.

I feel like my advice is the same regardless of gender. Be clear about what you want, clarify relationships and where you want them to go, get out and meet people, have enthusiastic consent (yes women should also be asking consent, and making sure the dude has a "heck yeah" kind of energy about sex things before and during. )

Some of the advice here is applicable to both genders, you just have to sift through a lot of cow dung before you can find the gold nuggets. That's the same for guys though as quite some advice on this subreddit is terrible for them aswell.

It all depends on your aura and your interaction with people. Unless you are obese or downright unattractive, may be, yes you don't stand a chance. But I have seen most obese and unattractive women in relationships. So back to the first point, the vibes you give.

One way to improve your vibes is to cut off toxicity from real life and social media, and improve your lifestyle. Be happy and confident. Happy and confident men and women attract good partners and relationships. But keep your filters up all the time to sieve out trash. The more toxic and hurt people, the more you turn into one. And that effect can be seen on your whole person.

While I can't point to a sub, I will say you should not listen to other men when it comes to dating if you are a woman.

You know how men say don't ask a fish on how to fish? Same thing applies but the reverse. Don't ask a fisherman how to be a fish.

You should seek advice from other woman whose achieved your goals.

Saying all that I'll put in my 2 cents but take it with a grain of salt.

First what's your goal? If it's sex, just download tinder and you'll get a platter of men to choose from.

Long term relationship from a higher value man?

Be as beautiful as possible. Be at healthy weight, work on booty, wear feminine clothes and be on point with makeup.
Willing to be more submissive. It's controversial to even mention this but most straight high value men don't want to date other man like women.
Have a positive supportive attitude. I think women underestimate the impact of this. When men go to work they are in battle so when they come back home they want to relax. A woman that's positive really brightens the day. This includes smiling, laughing at his jokes, complimenting his abilities and trusting in his abilities when he says he can handle it.
Cooking. Again controversial but I would honestly love a woman more for making me something delicious. Something about it reminds me of the connection I have with my mother and I bet many guys have the same thing. I'm not saying women belong in the kitchen so don't come at me for that.
Don't have sex for the first 3 dates at the very least. Men will probably disagree with me and for good reason. But remember men's objective and women's are different most of the time. This way you can make sure the f Boyz lose interest. Every time you 'give him' something sexually, you have to make sure he also invests something in resources (time, emotion, money).
Learn to flirt. Lightly smack his arm when he teases you. Laugh at his jokes. Smile. Look at his eyes. Have an open body language (don't cross arms or legs, squint your eyes etc.).
Learn to compliment him. 'You've got real muscular arms', 'you have beautiful eyes'. I'm sure someone else can think of something better.
Another controversial one but play hard to get. Men don't want easy women for long term partners but men here will probably tell you otherwise. What men want is a women that's so attracted to them and only them that the women will throw themselves at them but reject other men. This is why so many men have trouble with commiting with women with high sex partners. You need to balance a fine line of showing you think he is attractive but also not seen as an easy woman. This is the key. Idk how to teach you how to do this tbh.

As for meeting high value men, that really depends on your location or what you even define as a high value man.

If I had to define who they are, they would be in their mid 30s making 6 figures. Locking this kind of men is hard not gonna lie.

I would go for men that hasn't really peaked yet, like still in school for engineering, medicine, law and etc.

Damn I didn’t even realize some women have problems dating. Because every woman I know average, below average or hot has at least had a boyfriend or been able to get consistent sex. At least if they weren’t old or overly obese and if they were maybe Chubby as long they had a pretty face they would be fine. So honestly reading this is kind of a shock. Have you ever been asked out or approached by a dude? If not then I’ll give you the same I give my male friends when they get rejected. Look better, get a better skin care routine and workout then practice game as much as possible.

Best advice is to be friendly, smiling and approachable. Guys gravitate to women having an awesome time and like the vibes of a happy easy to please person. Learn all the "sneaky" ways of playing submissive. And lastly: learn how to hold eye contact and slowly transition to bedroom eyes. first thing i'd say is that it's basically the same. IN fact, you have a little bit MORE control than men do.

Even with all of the 'techniques' and theory and stuff men are told here and on other 'seduction' places (negs, teases, cold reads, pushpull, self amusement, eye contact, blablabla) it ('game') only actually works when she already thought you were hot lol. (imagine a guy she was totally not attracted too at all, doing that stuff. Teasing and flirting and what-not. At best she'd think he was fun and confident, but she still wouldn't want to get naked with him!)

So for you, it's basically the same. He needs to be physically attracted to you.

The slight advantage you have is that guys are horny! All that tesosterone running through our veins! So if you were to dress a certain way and for want of a better way of putting it, act a bit 'slutty', then you could probably get some guys very interested in you who maybe weren't before

But I can already hear your reply: 'I don't just want to get banged! I want a relationship' - well, that's just the difference in the landscape between guys and girls. Guys have trouble getting laid. Women don't have trouble getting laid, but have trouble getting commitment! lol (even hot women)

In general though, i'd say be fun. Be happy and approachable. Of course get in shape and try to look your best. Don't be afraid to be dorky. Smile. Ask questions. Be a bit girly and flick your hair and look at his lips. We sometimes need fairly obvious signs as guys lol

Want an advice from a man? If ure average looking and not really blessed with a great face, you can still attract high value men by improving yourself, so start working out, focus on legs (glutes, hams, quads and calves) workout to build muscle not some aerobic shit that burn calories, now you got a killer body, you kust show interest in any man and open up to him through whatever like body language, etc...

I'm not a woman but I'm a man and I have been approached couple times by women so let me share my experience.

Woman #1: This was at work. I took out of the blue a programming class with her. I had a bit of a chat with her. Then much later in the elevator we bumped into each other one day at work and she started awkwardly make conversion with me by saying "Hey you took this programming class with me ...". I said "Yes I remember" and we both walked away and nothing happened.

Woman #2: This was in the street. We were both walking(she was walking her dog) and she started making conversation with me. I just awkwardly replied and we both walked away. She wasn't my type too.

In both cases the ladies did not clearly stated their intentions and the conversation turned awkward. If I would have an advice for you is to be very straightforward when making conversation. Maybe that's because I have ASD. But men are definitely not suspicious about a woman approaching them.

And words mean nothing to a man(which is why it is complete nonsense that to women they mean everything). It's pretty much all visual for men at first glance. And I'm not talking about clothes/shoes/makeup. Men love skinny and toned women who look wholesome. In fact these are the top 10% of women that all men run after. And it's very easily achievable. Women on the other hand run after the top 10% of men(the ones who are decent looking but more importantly who are up socially). Definitely much harder to accomplish.

All this to say that if you approach a man, you do not need any kind of social banter. All you need is a decent body and to a certain extent face. But even the latter is to a certain point irrelevant if you have the first.

So yeah as a woman, you already have it very easy so it is entirely doable for you.

So, I've done a lot of studying on dating and attraction, primarily focused on the men's perspective but the female perspective is definitely in much of the same literature. So first of all, understand there is a lot of science-based studies and information in areas of psychology, evolutionary biology, sociology that have studied men and women and dating/attraction/partnerships. So I would start there. Its much more science than what everyone is saying on the internet.

Which brings me to my second and more uncomfortable point. As humans we have all been shaped by millions of years of evolutionary biology, to have the best success in mating. That's both men and women. So here's the part that hurts for everyone, most of the same formula for attraction works on most of the other sex most of the time. Some of those things are the same across sexes, but many are different for men and women. Which makes sense, if you look at other species, mostly the males try to attract females. It always hurts everyone's feelings to say that we are all the same but science proves it as does pop culture. The number of rom-coms Hollywood produces each year that evoke an emotional reaction primarily from women. The number of romance novels written that do the same thing. And all are mostly the same formula. Its not a bad thing, evolution has simply shaped us and its very powerful. So the same is true of men. Now if you want to attract men simply to sleep with them, we all know that formula, short skirt, push up bra, makeup etc. I don't say that lightly but it shows how powerful biology is, a few easy changes will short circuit most male brains.

But if you're looking for a long term partner/marriage/etc you need some different strategies. These are tied to multiple facets of psychology. You want to employ flirting techniques that offer glimpses of what could be without giving away too much. The same is true of the communications, show interest but don't promise success. Guys want to chase, conquer, capture. Part of the normal ritual of mammalian mating is that the female submits to a certain extent to the male. This is why even in the modern age where equality of sexes is better than ever, the vast majority of women still want the man to approach them and also the sexual submission that often accompanies sex. It doesn't mean submission in other areas of the relationship, but it can effect those or vice versa. Which brings up my last point. Psychology studies show that its hard for men to date successful women. Its just part of the mind of the men. So a man will date a successful women if he feels very successful himself. This reduces the dating pool for successful women.
