Feel like I've written this comment a bunch of times but I'll repeat it here.

I read Zoe's book in full and reviewed it for One Angry Gamer. Eleven pages in, there's a paragraph where she accidentally admits she's a horrible person and has lost track of how many awful things she's done to various people. This girl has an obvious cluster B personality disorder.

In any other industry she would have been chewed up and spat out, but in the indie video game scene there are a higher concentration of lonely male feminist betas who are the precise type to allow her to walk all over them. She dated everybody and left them emotionally crippled, but these betas were so stuck adhering to a goofy and nonsensical ideology, addressing the situation at hand - the healthy and responsible thing to do - was not an option.

I just can't believe how many people she duped. It's not exactly hard to stand up to a borderline girl and put her in her place and yet the entire industry bent over backwards to defend her. Hell she's still getting money on patreon as a "game developer" after not posting any updates for a year, and her lone "video game" release is a text adventure that was mostly put together by someone else.

I really don't know how to feel about Mr. Alec Holowka.

Should I pity him for the victim he absolutely is?

Should I brush him off because he didn't have the balls to leave a bad situation sooner?

Should I laugh at him for being such a freakin blue pulled cuck pushover?

Should I feel sympathy because a lot of people, including myself, have been down that road and know how bad that panicking depressive state can be?
