They don't just think that Chad is a successful player, they also think that nearly every woman has fucked one or more "Chads", and if you're the "beta" she marries she'll keep fantasising about Chad's 8" dick.

In reality, most "players" are probably sharing the top ~10% most promiscuous women, while a lot of other women aren't interested in casual sex at all. But that doesn't fit with the RP narrative.
