Not sure who needs to hear this, but based on a lot of the comments here, more than a few people do.

In nearly 20 years of coaching, I have never once come across a game-changing magic pill, technique, formula, or tip that can reliably take a guy from zero to hero in a short amount of time.

Not once.

And before you say it, sure, winning american idol and becoming overnight famous can definitely "work" (at least in terms of getting an outcome) but it's not reliable or repeatable, and if you ever lose the fame you're screwed. Ditto for winning the lottery.

I've heard PLENTY of wild claims over the years from coaches and marketers and outright scammers, but not a single one has turned out to be true, aside from paying prostitutes or giving women cocaine. Neither of which I would recommend and neither of which improve your skill.

Obviously there are small tweaks, tips, and techniques that can help with a specific issue or can give you a little bit of a boost in certain situations, but nothing is going to singlehandedly transform your dating life, especially in a short amount of time.

Even coaching. Coaching shortens the learning curve and is useful in diagnosing problems or forcing you to do the reps, but it doesn't transform you overnight.

This is a skill first and foremost, and the ONLY thing that works long term to build a skill set is putting in the reps.

That's it.

You're either putting in the reps or you're not getting better.

That means 20-50 approaches per week over multiple years, and enough corrective action along the way that you're making gradual, steady improvements.

I wish it wasn't true, but that's the only thing that works, so don't get sucked into the marketing hype.
