I thought I would share this story that just happened, I work with disabled and the elderly.

I received a call today from one of my customers that was stuck on her scooter and needed help, she was stuck in the hall way of a doctors office and the scooter wouldn't drive. On these scooters there is an emergency lever that you pull so you can just push the scooter out of the way.

She couldn't pull it since she was disabled and no one else could either as we talked we found out she was in a all women's center...all doctors, nurses and well all employees are women.

Turns out no one there could pull this lever to roll her out of the way, I laughed and so did my customer because there were no men there and since it was a "safe space" there were no men in maintenance.

I drive out to help her and wow you would think I had horns and a tail by the way these women looked at me, in my work clothes walking around I heard door after door close and click even the doctors office I went to as soon as I came in side anyone that had a door would close it and lock it.

That was one surreal experience.
