You need to go to a counselor right away and let them know what's going on. If you have any teachers you are close with, let them know as well, as they may have a better idea of how to handle the situation. Also, if there are any students who have seen these incidents, they will need to come forward with their version of what happened so that you have some eye witnesses.

Your school has a zero tolerance policy? Ask to see it and review it carefully.

Becasue you see, most zero tolerance policies usually stipulate that both students are punished for altercations regardless of who started what. If you are being punished and she isn't based on hearsay evidence, then you are being discriminated against.

If you can make the school follow the letter of its own policy and punish her, she might decide that getting you in trouble isn't worth it if she suffers the same fate.

Also, she might have talked about what she is up to with her friends. Suggest to administrators that they ask them what is going on. And talk to people - you mgiht not be the only or first person she has done this to.

I Agree with Joonyer24. I would first write out everything that has happened as best as you can remember it (not too dissimilar with your entry here), fill in as much detail as you can, day, time, between what periods, location, events that you were aware of. Don't fill in what you don't know, specify you are not filling in what you don't know. Then go to the school officials and give them a copy of what you wrote while telling them your side, also give a copy to your parents. Inform the school officials that you have given a copy to your parents.

I don't know, you should probably report her for bullying to whomever kids report bullies to. I know they have a lot in place to take care of stuff like that now.

Don't stress out about her too much. Make sure everyone knows she keeps tormenting you, though. Kids like her love getting other people in trouble, so try to avoid her as much as possible. Good luck.

I was sent to detention today because apparently I physically hurt some girl I didn't even lay a finger on. This was my first time ever in detention. Apparently the incident was that I tripped her and she fell over against the wall and now has a "twisted back" when I know I didn't do any of this.

I was across the entire hallway of my school when this happened, I was nowhere near her, neither did I hear her fall. When someone came to pick her up she said "That kid did it! He tripped me!"

This isn't the only time this has happened, I was sitting down for a seat at lunch when she ran at me trying to take the seat I was about to sit down in (none of her friends were sitting there nor any of her peers that would at least like her.) and knocked me out of my seat, and I feel on the floor, while she's in the chair. Apparently "He tried to punch me while I was about to take this seat and now my stomach hurts!" This time I was issued with a warning.

Reddit, i'm looking to go to a good school and have a good education, but i'm afraid that another stunt like this and I will get expelled (They almost have a 0 tolerance policy against this) What can I do to save my ass?

You have friends and acquaintances. They can act as witnesses. Keep them close.

Request a school sanctioned escort to protect you from your bully. They can act as an official witness.

If you see this girl, and you have no escort, turn around and walk the other way. Go to the nearest men's bathroom.

If avoiding her makes you tardy for class, explain simply that you are avoiding a bully that is harassing you.

If all else fails, be a wimp and get your parents involved because they are the only people the administration will have any respect for. Let me say that again, the school administration does not respect you, your opinion, or side of the story. Present it from the perspective of you being "bullied" which I suppose you are by the new definition of that word that schools like to get all worked up about. Back in my day you get tripped in front of a whole classroom and look like a jackass; they told you to get back up.

I faced a similar situation in middle school once, except the two girls that were on the other side just seemed to have it out for me. Without going into detail I'll say I just bit the bullet and took the "prescribed" punishment, and made sure to learn from my experience.

My advice: You will always be branded as the aggressor in this type of situation, so just learn from it and try to change the system. (Also don't carry it with you, anger is bad for the soul)

when you were sitting down about to take a seat, and she knocked you over and took it... where was this? Unless you were sitting alone, in a closed off room, someone saw it. Get some witnesses. I'm assuming you sat down at a table with friends, and although they may not have spoken up for you when it happened, you need to get them to report the incident now. Even if this happened weeks ago. You need to get it on record that she's bullying you.

Stay the hell away from her, and always keep a running camera on you (from your phone or otherwise) whenever she is anywhere near you or could potentially be near you. Also, try to have someone around you who is focusing on her or near her that would back you up if she does something else.

I'm not sure what else you can do, but I hope that she leaves you alone soon.
