It's pretty refreshing to see so many men who are aware of this problem. Most men's rights issues are pretty well known about by most people. They just don't know that there's a movement trying to address those problems. Or even that they deserve to be addressed to begin with. It's just taken as a matter of fact. Men are expected to accept it, suck it up, and move on.

Add in the usual feminist rhetoric on these topics ("yeah you have issues but women's issues are worse" / "feminists are trying to solve those problems" / "men who complain about this only do it because they hate women") and you can see why nothing ever gets done.

Every now and then though people will speak up and complain about it.
