Dont let people make you feel insecure about your physical traits. Its okay to be emotionally open. Dont tolerate abuse from anyone. Dont be insecure about being a virgin. Most people dont get as much as they say they do.

Looksmax. Work out, get a good haircut, buy some fashionable clothes.
Talk to women. Even if they only want to friendzone you at first, just getting the social experience interacting with them will give you insight into how they think and give you more skill with game eventually.
Learn to take better pictures/make interesting videos for not just online dating apps but for social media apps where more women tend to hang out.
Develop interesting hobbies that actually impress women if you don't have any already. There are some women who actually are attracted to guys who are really good at video games, but it's a pretty small number.
Socialize more. Develop a real life friend group, preferably mixed sex. Participate in group activities. Go to parties and out to bars and clubs.

I would say to just work on building themselves up and not to take girls seriously. Unfortunately girls today demand too much from young men. So much that it takes away from what they need to be doing to accomplish their goals.

Young men today are forced to work overtime at whatever shitty job they can get just to be good enough for the average at best girl today. They need to work overtime to buy nice clothes, go to nice places, and lease cars they can't afford. Then they also need to spend a lot of time in the gym. All at the expense of not getting a degree and/or building a business.

I would tell young men to chase their goals and not take women seriously. They should just have sex with fat, older, or ugly chicks to take care of there needs in the meantime. They should even pay for it occasionally if they need to. Whatever it takes to scratch that itch so they can be free to focus on the big picture.

Then if they are still single after they made it, they should not be quick to settle down. It's abusive that men are suppose to settle down (support) the great chick that now all of a sudden conveniently showed up. He should instead enjoy being single now that he's finally at the top of the dating food chain. Girls today get to enjoy their SMV peak when they have it so men should do the same. If she wanted you she should have claimed you before you made it.

Fuck that shit of girls today expecting everything up front. If you made it on your own, you enjoy yourself and then only settle down with a trophy wife at the end. You don't owe any female shit and if she wasn't there for you when you were broke, she doesn't deserve shit.

On the flip side if you find a girl that believed in you and was there with you even when you were young and broke, you should wife her up.

That the world is unfair. It always has been and always will be. Yes it is very unfair for men right now in the dating world. Yea, it is very possible you might never be able to attract a woman. But we live in one of the greatest times imaginable. At least for the next 50 years or so before the effects of climate change really kick in to the catastrophic issues. That leave the majority of your life to pursue all kinds of other pleasures and hobbies. Yeah it really sucks when women wont give you a chance, but I promise you, I promise you, happiness can still be found in solitude. And once you're truly happy being who are you for you, and not for women, you might find something even better. I'm an ugly man, and I have an ugly body. I was treated like absolute shit by women my entire life. It wasn't until I got over it, found happiness inside of me where I could, and manifested it on the outside, that I finally found a woman. It can and does happen for ugly guys. But even if it doesn't, if you are able to find happiness without it then you're no better off. The alternative is to just mope in sorrow, and that gets old quick.

1) Don’t take advice on how to meet and seduce women from other thirsty, dry-dick losers. Most of the shit they are saying, including their purported successes, are complete bullshit and believing them will just make you more desperate and hostile. You are not entitled to a woman’s vagina or her time.

2) Take care of yourself - great hygiene, greater diet/exercise, limit video games and internet, go to school and work hard. Be yourself. If you like nerdy shit, embrace it. If you’re a geek, embrace it. If you aren’t naturally hyper masculine, don’t try to act like you are. It’s clown shit. Don’t try to be someone or something you aren’t.

3) Making platonic friends and getting to know women outside of romantic relationships is healthy and will make you a better more empathetic person. Women are not some alien species or mystical creatures - they have many of the the same dreams and desires and goals as you do. It will also prepare you to understand women when you are looking for romantic relationships - be they casual or monogamous.

4) Learn to accept rejection and move on. I’m a good-looking guy who has been very successful with women my entire life. I have been rejected more times than I can count. Oh the fuck well, someone woman didn’t like me…I just figured she was crazy, and moved the fuck on. I didn’t send her a nasty email, or call her a nasty name, or act like a little sensitive bitch about it. The only way you can learn to win, is by not fearing loss and learning from it when it happens. Stop being sensitive little bitches and take your L’s and move on.

Stand up straight, don't slouch or subconsciously look like a beaten dog if possible. Don't stare, or let eye contact get stagnant. As in a glancing nod or whatever and looking away is one thing, but watching her walk around without acknowledging it is a getting creepy other.

Slide into her DM's on social media, but do it in an amusing way. She's probably got messages unopened of, "Hey beautiful, how's your day" already. You gotta stand out someway in personality, think job interview. What makes you different than the other cookie cutter person trying to show they fit the position.

It's ok to be a bit playfully jabby (what negging was originally intended to mean) so long as it is not something she may be insecure about. It needs to be the thing she is most secure about, if anything; in order to work right.

Edit: Also when first talking to her in person, don't literally face her with your body from nose to toes pointing at her. This is subconsciously confrontational to most people, and they will often subconsciously turn away from you in like a, "fight or flight" trigger, to give themselves a away around you. It's not personal, just animal instinct. She/they won't even realize they did it. This is the opposite of what you want.

Try tk stay turned away or to the side of her, this will draw her in to more facing you, if she's interested. This is the dynamic you want, fish her in to you, not chase her into a corner.

Modern culture is garbage that produces mentally unstable, depressed losers and you should try as much as possible to build a social circle that isn't too heavily "into" mainstream modern culture. Might not be that possible but the most important thing is to not internalize those values too much.

If you don't find a long term partner in your early 20's, consider looking overseas for your ethnic origin match. You don't have to put up with women who treat you like shit and hate you and themselves.

If you go to college focus on something you can practically make money with, if you don't go that's ok and maybe even better for you - check out technical schools, you can have a great life and career without a degree.

Hit the gym and don't get fat (or conversely start losing it)

1) get to a gym and max out your looks too

2)slowly build a libary ...read and read often , forget modern pop celebs biographies etc read philosophy, sciences , history , nutrition , economics , languages , computer science and code, strength and conditioning , classics are classics for a reason.....work that brain muscle basicaly

3)interact with the other sex as often as possible til you can talk relaxed to them, if necessary be a 3rd wheel with some male pals and their gfs on a night out if invited. Bear in mind some of the best realtionships can spring from friends setting up friends as they can sorta see who'l mix well

4) have a few hobbies to clear your mind + have something interesting to talk about but make sure one of them revolves around being able to defend yourself.

5) geninely be happy in your own head..everything else is 2nd place , no one thing or person will ever make you happy if you cant be happy on your own!!!

6) have career goals and stick to them , always go for that overtime money if you arent tired and have no free time plans when its offered. Try and get a good personal realtionship going with any higher ups and find things ( internal.or outside training, experience , practice ) to make yourself worth retaining and promoting

7)learn to cook , clean , basic diy and balance your budget......shop around for everything you buy !

8) learn to drive and get a car ..wherever possible when bored in it practice complex manuvers like precision parking , learn to maintain it well or find a trusted garage to regularly check on it

9) balance spending on luxuries with savings ..now SAVE SAVE SAVE as soon as your earning a paycheck however you only.get one life so balance it with spoiling yourself occasionaly (dont go nuts basicaly) , time spent enjoying yourself was never time wasted!

10) moniter your health carefully..get to a doctor or dentist asap.if theres issues...treated early things can be minor fixes .....left alone they can become.major!!!

11) everyone is an asshole at some point..if someone is being one to you try and remember that and far more importantly try and acknowledge when you have been one and make amends where possible!

If you are gonna spend 10 mins on porn everyday, the time you spend on it over a month or a year is a lot. If you masturbate regularly then invest some money on it. Get a fleshlight, vr headset and pirate 8k videos.

Really invest money in anything you do daily - electric brush, quality headphones, mechanical keyboard, mattress, undergarments, etc.

2) lift bro. Just do weight lifting. no excuses. local gym, make friends and ensure fat percentage hits 15%

3) read books. lots of great non fiction.

4) when you see a girl who trusts you, trust them back. It is easy to go to the extreme of hiding behind a wall even when she makes an effort or you fall hard and trust her too much. Remember to incrementally trust her. Give her small bits of rope and make it easy for her to abuse your trust.

5) know yourself, what you want, look for people with similar values and goals, and learn from them.

6) if you are younger than 28. Just chill. Don't worry. You will get your chance, a lot of guys are late bloomers and you will get attention from girls now.

Make sure that anything a partner asks of you they are willing to provide something equal to that themselves. Don't pay for dates like a chump, split the bill and make sure she's a big girl who can take care of herself. It's better to be single than to simp.
