A couple years ago there was a Florida Georgia Line song that started with a line that said "Put your pretty feet up on the dash." They did a pop crossover version of the song with a female singer and she sang that line. I thought it was an odd choice because no woman would ever say that to a man.

No I have the far opposite to this. My partner also doesn’t have a foot fetish though and I’ve never encountered a man who has brought up anything foot related with me in that context so I’m not sure it’s as common as you might be thinking.

Generally no. There are some fetishes that are more common among women than men, and some that are roughly equally common, but feet are much more common for men than women. There may be a fair number who enjoy it as "givers" though, like you aunt.
