So, assuming the story is correct and accurately portrayed, the guy is a scumbag.

However, IANAL, but this is theft of service to me.

Allowing this to be called rape opens the door for things like the following:

Man and woman get into consensual sexual relationship.

5 years later, man breaks up with woman.

Woman claims she was raped for 5 years and that her consent was stolen since that consent was based on the man promising to love her forever and to marry her, which he did not. She claims she would never have had sex if he hadn't made those promises.

So now I'm prayin for the end of time... to hurry up and arrive...

Its a tough spot to be honest. Theft? Fraud? Almost certainly one of these. Rape is a tough ask, but it could very easily count.

I dont think its rape, because He actually would have had consent to sleep with Her. Obviously She was under the impression that She'd be paid, but he still had permission.

Edit: The original story in AskMen, which of course the TwoX poster glossed over, involved the dude getting fucked up on pills and alcohol, and then her initiating the sexual encounter. Here's what the TwoX OP said in AskMen when confronted with the possibility that he could not consent:

If conditional consent and breach of contract were rape, then divorce would probably be rape. They will never agree to that being the case.

Otherwise they only agree with it in specific circumstances and hold to the principle only when convenient for themselves, but it's not where they're drawing their conclusion from. They aren't starting out with a principle of "Breach of contract is rape", seeing a situation, and going "That's rape". Or they'd do it for shit like divorce too.

They're starting out with a principle that hating men is a good thing to do, seeing a man, and then deciding to pretend to have other principles that disappear the moment they don't serve that goal.

You guys should read up on "Feminist epistemology". It's incredibly straightforward to understand feminists once you do, probably better than they even understand themselves except the ones who set out to study it.

Not rape. Theft/fraud maybe, but not rape. Women are so used to being able to leverage their sexuality for resources/compliance from simps. Unless they're fucking a guy they are actually crazy about, they are used to feeling like they didn't get what they wanted out the deal and feeling regretful; thus, feeling like their sexually has been stolen from them as if they were actually raped.

That logic makes no sense. A guy could have sex with a woman thinking that he's doing it because she cares about him or under the assumption that she wouldn't hurt him in the future... and then she does. Does it become rape then? It's non-sense. It's fraud or theft. Big difference. The sex itself was done consensually at the time that it happened. You can't retroactively remove consent or call it rape after the fact.

I think it's rape because its a setting where sex is treated as transactional.

So as with other transactional things like money lending, future contracts can be made. And if someone fails to pay later on, they breached the contract there.

Consent is nothing but that contract.

In this case it could be called as both fraud and rape interchangeably because the transactional nature of sex here.

Feminist have been changing the defintion of rape for the past 30 years. The every expanding definition makes it to mean any percived sexual encounter a woman regrets, is considered rape. Rape always had meant "forced penetration", this changed to appease feminist so they club men over the head and steal their wealth and throw innocement men in prison based on unprovable lies.
