I am about to be downvoted to oblivion for this one. We as men need to stop pretending as though being circumcised means an important part of our sex/person was taken away. It has been proven multitudes of times that it has no effect on pleasure or sensitivity. The more that false narratives get pushed and we block other men because they dare speak the truth about it, the more the movement seems like a joke to people. Read the research and stop blocking people that have a different opinion than you. You create an echo chamber circle jerk where you get brainwashed into thinking you’re the only people that are right. Stop all the FOMO, I understand that having your choice taken away is upsetting but you aren’t missing out on anything.

P.S. Since men don’t have to worry about sex and STD’s until their teens they should get the choice of whether or not to do the procedure once they are teenagers. I don’t think the decision should be the parents’ at birth. Only 30% of men are circumcised so the health risks of being uncircumcised can’t be that bad. 70% of mean are living uncircumcised and healthy lives I’d assume.

Edit: I’m leaving the wording up there for accountability’s sake. I do want to apologize for using charged and insulting phrases like “brainwashed” and “making the movement a joke” and “circlejerk”. I apologize for any offense I’ve caused and acknowledge my ignorance in using such charged language.
